PUBLIC NOTICE
Pursuant to the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act, W.S. § 37-1-101, et seq., and the Wyoming Public Service Commission’s Procedural Rules and Special Regulations, notice is hereby given that a public hearing regarding the application of Rocky Mountain Power, (Rocky Mountain or the Company), formerly known as PacifiCorp, for authority to implement Avoided Cost Methodologies for projects over one megawatt pursuant to the terms of Commitment WY 4, hereby is set to commence Wednesday, January 10, 2007, beginning at 9:00 a.m., in the Commission’s hearing room located at 2515 Warren Avenue, Suite 300, Cheyenne, Wyoming.
On June 19, 2006, Rocky Mountain filed an application in the above-docketed matter seeking authority to implement Avoided Cost Methodologies for projects over one megawatt pursuant to the terms of Commitment WY 4.
On August 3, 2006, the Commission issued a Notice of Application. The notice provided for a protest period ended September 5, 2006, during which interested parties could file statements, requests for hearing or other representations with regard to the Company’s application. Wyoming Industrial Energy Consumers (WIEC), Office of Consumer Advocate (OCA), Mountain Wind Power (Mountain Wind), and PPM Energy, Inc. (PPM) intervened in this matter.
On October 3, 2006, the Commission issued its Procedural Order Setting Public Hearing setting this matter for public hearing January 10, 2007, beginning at 9:00 a.m., in the Commission’s hearing room located at 2515 Warren Avenue, Suite 300, Cheyenne, Wyoming.
On November 3, 2006, Rocky Mountain filed its Submission of Stipulation entered into by the Company, OCA and WIEC. Rocky Mountain’s application and Stipulation are on file with the Commission at its offices located in Cheyenne, Wyoming, and may be reviewed by any interested person during regular business hours.
The hearing will be conducted in accordance with the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act and the Wyoming Public Service Commission’s Procedural Rules and Special Regulations. All interested persons may appear and be heard, either in person or through counsel, as provided by Commission rule.

Woffinden filed their Application for a Decree Establishing Right and Title to Real Property seeking an establishment in them of all the decedent’s undivided one-half (1/2) right, title and interest in and to certain real property located in Sublette County, Wyoming, and more particularly described as follows:

MacGlashan’s First Addition to the Town of Big Piney, as shown on the plat of record in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of Sublette County, Wyoming.
