Chapter 6, Section 2(m) of the Wyoming Air Quality Standards and Regulations provides that prior to final determination on an application to modify an existing source, opportunity be given for public comment and/or public hearing on the information submitted by the owner or operator and on the analysis underlying the proposed approval or disapproval. The regulation further requires that such information be made available in at least one location in the affected air quality control region, and that the public be allowed a period of thirty (30) days in which to submit comments. A public hearing will be conducted only if in the opinion of the administrator sufficient interest is generated or if an aggrieved party so requests. Notice is hereby given that the State of Wyoming, Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve a request by the following applicant to modify an existing source in Sublette County, Wyoming.

The applicant has requested permission to modify the Cabrito 15-25 gas/condensate production facility by converting it to a PAD facility with the addition of the Cabrito 77-25 and Cabrito 78-25 wells, with a smokeless combustion device to control volatile organic compounds and hazardous air pollutant emissions associated with the condensate storage tanks, located in the SW1/4 SE1/4 of Section 25, T29N, R108W, approximately sixteen (16) miles southwest of Big Sandy, in Sublette County, Wyoming. The Division is proposing to issue the permit with conditions allowing additional production and equipment to be installed at the facility in accordance with the revised permitting and emission control guidance issued July 28, 2004. A copy of the permit application and the agency’s analysis is available for public inspection at the Sublette County Clerk’s Office, Pinedale, Wyoming. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, special assistance or alternate formats will be made available upon request for individuals with disabilities.

LEGAL NOTICE CROSSROADS WIRELESS HOLDINGS, L.L.C. We are a prospective applicant under the Rural Broadband Access Loan and Loan Guarantee Program being administered by the Rural Development, Utilities Programs (Rural Development), United States Department of Agriculture. We are required, as a prospective applicant, to announce our intent to provide broadband services (200 kilobits upstream and downstream) to communities in the State of Wyoming in Sublette County, including the communities of: Big Piney, Bondurant, Marbleton, and Pinedale
Incumbent broadband service providers have 30 days from the date of this Legal Notice to inform Rural Development if they are currently providing broadband service in these areas or if they have a commitment to provide service in these areas. Incumbent broadband service providers should submit to Rural Development, on a form prescribed by Rural Development, the number of residential customers receiving broadband service in the proposed service area, the rates of data transmission, and the cost of each level of service or proof of commitment to provide service in the proposed service area.
A map should also be provided showing the boundaries of your service area in relation to the communities above.
