A-The County Attorney is checking the legality of this.

Q- Would you explain about all the different courts?
A- We have three courts:
District Court deals with felonies and juveniles. The District Court is for serious crimes involving violence or property theft or damage totalling more than $5000. It also has jurisdiction over the whole family in juvenile cases so has flexibility to handle different situations.
County Court handles misdemeanors in the county.
Municipal Court is responsible for cases involving the breaking of town ordinances.
