Welcome to our web site. Its purpose is to provide the people of Sublette County with information about the Sheriff's Department and a method of communicating ideas and concerns directly to Sheriff Bardin.

Sublette County is fortunate to have a very low crime rate. On the whole residents feel this is a very safe place to live and raise a family.

As part of our community policing efforts and to promote your health and safety, we have a 911 system questionnaire which would provide information about your health to be put on the enhanced 911 computer. It will be used to assist medical, fire or law enforcement in meeting your needs in the event of an emergency. The information is confidential and will be released only to those medical or fire personnel involved in assisting you.

Tell us about drug activity, burglaries, gun violations, child abuse or neglect, sexual assault, domestic violence or abuse, wanted persons, vandalism, 'deadbeat' parents, welfare, worker's compensation or insurance fraud, or any other criminal activity. Include who is involved, where it is taking place, the type of drug or contraband, any vehicle information you have, and any other information you think might be helpful. Your information will be acted upon and you can remain anonymous if the contact is by phone. If you choose to e-mail the sheriff, he will keep your name confidential.
