INVITATION TO BID

The Big Piney Cemetery will be accepting sealed bids for five nine foot spruce trees and ten twelve foot native cottonwood trees. All trees must be staked down in three places and planted by the second week in June. The holes will be dug by the cemetery sexton. Sealed bids will be opened a the regular board meeting April 20, 2009 at 7 p.m. at Southwest Sublette County Pioneers in Marbleton, Wyoming. NOTICE OF PROPOSED TRANSFER / SALE

Pursuant to W.S. 15-1-112, the Town of Pinedale will hold a public hearing on 4/27/09 at 5:30 P.M. in the Pinedale Town Hall, 210 W. Pine Street, Pinedale, Wyoming regarding the proposed transfer/sale of certain personal property to the Joint Big Piney-Marbleton Airport Board. The concerned personal property is described as: 1992 International Dump Truck, VIN 1HTSDNUP7NH424952 with attached used WYDOT 12 foot snowplow.

NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE

Default has occurred on that Mortgage Loan No. 07420063227 dated July 26, 2007 (“July 26, 2007 Mortgage”) given by Brandon W. Kinnamon and Deborah D. Kinnamon, husband and wife, to the Rocky Mountain Bank, which was recorded in the Sublette County Clerk’s office on July 27, 2007, in Book 152 mtg, Page 51. This Mortgage contains a power of sale clause now in effect by Mortgagors’ default.

The Mortgage was given to secure the original principal sum of $174,534.00, which total payoff amount is now $187,325.66. Nonpayment and other default exists, acceleration of the debt secured by the Mortgage has been declared, and the entire remaining balance of the debt is now due and payable. No lawsuit has been filed to collect the debt or any portion thereof.

Take notice that the Mortgage will be foreclosed and the property encumbered by the Mortgage will be sold by the Sheriff of Sublette County to the highest bidder for cash at public auction. The sale will be held on the front steps of the Sublette County Courthouse, 21 South Tyler, Pinedale, Wyoming at 10:00 a.m. on May 8, 2009. The principal coupled with accrued interest in the amount of $10,292.62, and late charges and other fees in the amount of $3,764.64, brings the total payoff amount to $187,325.66, plus attorney’s fees, costs and expenses of the foreclosure. Interest accrues at $28.28 per diem.

The property encumbered by the July 26, 2007 Mortgage will be offered for sale and is described as follows:

Lot 7, Block 5 of the Eiden Third Addition to the Town of Marbleton, Wyoming, Sublette County, Wyoming, as the same appears on the official plat thereof filed for record in the office of the County Clerk, Sublette, County, Wyoming.

Which has an address of 913 East First Street, Marbleton, Sublette County, Wyoming 83113.

Notice of Intention to Foreclose the Mortgage was sent in accordance with W.S. §34-4-103(a)(iv) on March 12, 2009.

The property being foreclosed upon may be subject to other liens and encumbrances that will not be extinguished at the sale and any prospective purchaser should research the status of title before submitting a bid.

The Sublette County Planning & Zoning Commission will meet on Thursday, May 19, 2009 at 6:30 p.m. in the Sublette County Courthouse, Pinedale, Wyoming. At this time, a public hearing will be held to consider the following applications:

AGENDA

Request for Conditional Use approval, for Light Industrial Project Employee Housing, pursuant to Chapter V, entitled “Conditional Uses” of the Sublette County Zoning and Development Regulations; Ron Gordon, applicant. The application is seeking approval to allow five single wide mobile homes to serve as housing for employees of Stallion Oilfield Services and four single bedroom cabins to serve as housing for employees of Wind River Industrial. The Gordon property subject to this proposal is located in Section 3, Township 30N, Range 111W; generally described as the old Big Piney Landfill located at 34 Energy Road, Big Piney, Wyoming.

Request for Conditional Use approval to permit the rental of a guesthouse, pursuant to Chapter V, entitled “Conditional Uses” and Chapter II Section 3, entitled “Authorized Uses” of the Sublette County Zoning and Development Regulations; Juanita Bertoncelj, applicant. The application is seeking approval to allow the applicant to rent an existing guest house on her lot in the Tyler Subdivision. The Bertoncelj property subject to this proposal is located in Section 34, Township 110W, Range 34N; generally described as Lot 20 Tyler second Subdivision and located at 16 E. Flintlock Lane, Pinedale, Wyoming.

Request for Conditional Use approval, for a public facility in the Agricultural zoning district, pursuant to Chapter V, entitled “Conditional Uses” and Chapter II Section 3, entitled “Authorized Uses” of the Sublette County Zoning and Development Regulations; Sublette County, applicant. The application is seeking approval to allow the construction of a pre-cast concrete building to house sand and salt at the existing Sublette County Road and Bridge facility located near Big Piney. The Sublette County Road and Bridge facility subject to this proposal is located in Section 17, Township 30N, Range 111W; generally described as being on the south side of Wyoming Highway 351 at the intersection of U.S. Highway 191 and located at 10 State Highway 351, Big Piney, Wyoming.

Pursuant to Chapter VIII, Section 1, entitled “Administration – Amendments” the Sublette County Planning and Zoning Department is proposing a text amendment to Chapter III, Section 9 of the Sublette County Zoning and Development Regulations. The proposed amendment will allow accessory structure(s) in the Light Industrial and Heavy Industrial zoning districts to exceed to the current maximum height limitations of 35 feet in the Light Industrial district and 50 feet in the Heavy Industrial district established in Chapter III, Section 9 of the Zoning and Development Regulations, subject to conditional use approval. If approved the proposed amendment would apply to all industrial properties in the County.

Town of Pinedale

Invitation to Bid

The Town of Pinedale will be accepting sealed bids for a new 50 KW Kohler (or equivalent) backup generator with automatic transfer switch. The bid price will include installation at our site at 825 North Jackson Ave. Documentation will be required that the generator has passed all of its performance testing or the generator must be tested onsite. If you would like to see the site or have any questions please call Randy Hubbard at 749-7771.

Sealed bids must be received at the Pinedale Town Hall no later than 5:00 p.m., Thursday, May 7, 2009. Put “generator bid” on the sealed envelope. Bids may be dropped off at the Town Hall, 210 West Pine Street, or may be mailed to the Town of Pinedale, P.O. Box 709, Pinedale, WY 82941.

The Town of Pinedale reserves the right to waive minor defects and irregularities in the bidding to base its award on factors other than price, and to reject any and all bids.
