INVITATION TO BID
The Big Piney Cemetery will be accepting sealed bids for five nine-foot spruce trees and 10 12-foot native cottonwood trees. All trees must be staked down in three places and planted by the second week in June. The holes will be dug by the cemetery sexton. Sealed bids will be opened a the regular board meeting April 20, 2009 at 7 p.m. at Southwest Sublette County Pioneers in Marbleton, Wyoming. All bids must be mailed to PO Box 183 Big Piney, Wyoming 83113 by April 17, 2009.

NOTICE OF P UBLIC HEARING RELATING TO WATER RIGHTS
IN THE MATTER OF amended petition docket IV-2009-1-5 by Edwin A Dunn Living Trust before the Wyoming State Board of Control, for change in POINT OF DIVERSION AND MEANS OF CONVEYANCE and SOURCE for their 2.04-acre portion of the “Half Moon Lodge” appropriation with priority of September 14, 1927 diverting from Surveyor Creek, tributary Half Moon Lake, through Surveyor ditch in Section 5 of T34N R108W near Pinedale, Wyoming, to be diverted instead from Half Moon Lake through Dunn Irrigation Pipeline less than ½-mile downstream.
Said petition has been referred to the undersigned for public hearing to satisfy remaining consents as provided for by law under Wyoming Statute 41-3-114.
NOW THEREFORE, a public hearing will be held in he office of Hydrographer/Water commissioner (State Engineer) in Room 203 of Summit Office Building at 219 East Pine Street in Pinedale, Wyoming on Tuesday, May 5th, 2009 at 5:00 P.M. at which time anyone whose recorded water right will be injured by the granting of said petition may appear and submit testimony in protest.

NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE
Default has occurred on that Mortgage Loan No. 07420063227 dated July 26, 2007 (“July 26, 2007 Mortgage”) given by Brandon W. Kinnamon and Deborah D. Kinnamon, husband and wife, to the Rocky Mountain Bank, which was recorded in the Sublette County Clerk’s office on July 27, 2007, in Book 152 mtg, Page 51. This Mortgage contains a power of sale clause now in effect by Mortgagors’ default.
The Mortgage was given to secure the original principal sum of $174,534.00, which total payoff amount is now $187,325.66. Nonpayment and other default exists, acceleration of the debt secured by the Mortgage has been declared, and the entire remaining balance of the debt is now due and payable. No lawsuit has been filed to collect the debt or any portion thereof.
Take notice that the Mortgage will be foreclosed and the property encumbered by the Mortgage will be sold by the Sheriff of Sublette County to the highest bidder for cash at public auction. The sale will be held on the front steps of the Sublette County Courthouse, 21 South Tyler, Pinedale, Wyoming at 10:00 a.m. on May 8, 2009. The principal coupled with accrued interest in the amount of $10,292.62, and late charges and other fees in the amount of $3,764.64, brings the total payoff amount to $187,325.66, plus attorney’s fees, costs and expenses of the foreclosure. Interest accrues at $28.28 per diem.
The property encumbered by the July 26, 2007 Mortgage will be offered for sale and is described as follows:
Lot 7, Block 5 of the Eiden Third Addition to the Town of Marbleton, Wyoming, Sublette County, Wyoming, as the same appears on the official plat thereof filed for record in the office of the County Clerk, Sublette, County, Wyoming.
Which has an address of 913 East First Street, Marbleton, Sublette County, Wyoming 83113.
Notice of Intention to Foreclose the Mortgage was sent in accordance with W.S. §34-4-103(a)(iv) on March 12, 2009.
The property being foreclosed upon may be subject to other liens and encumbrances that will not be extinguished at the sale and any prospective purchaser should research the status of title before submitting a bid.
