NOTICE OF PETITION FOR ADMISSION OF
FOREIGN PROBATE PROCEEDING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Personal Representative of the Angelo Sciullo Estate, Phyllis Sciullo, filed in the above entitled Court a Petition for Admission of Foreign Probate Proceeding in this state. The decedent, who died on the 3rd day of August, 2004, a resident of Collier County, Florida, owns mineral interests located in Sublette County, Wyoming, more particularly described as follows:
Parcel I:
An overriding royalty interest (believed to be .00049834 percent) of the value of the oil and gas produced in the following described real property, to-wit:
Township 28 North, Range 111 West, Sublette County, Wyoming
Section 31: NW
Parcel II:
An overriding royalty interest (believed to be 2/10 of 1% of 8/8ths) of all oil, gas and other hydrocarbons and other minerals produced in the following described real property, to-wit:
Township 28 North, Range 111 West, Sublette County, Wyoming
Section 31: Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, E1/2W1/2, W1/2SE1/4
Township 28 North, Range 112 West, Sublette County, Wyoming
Section 25: E1/2 of Lot 1, Lots 3, 4, 6, 7, SE1/4SW1/4NE1/4, SE1/4NE1/4SW 1/4, SE1/4SW 1/4, W1/2SE1/4 659.12 acres.
Any creditor, or other person financially interested in this estate who objects to the admission of these foreign probate proceedings shall file objections in writing with the Court on or before the 26th day of March, 2009.
If no objections are made, the Court shall enter its Order admitting the foreign probate proceedings in the estate of record, and they shall be treated and considered from this date as original proceedings in this Court and shall be conclusive evidence of the facts therein shown.

INVITATION TO BID
All interested parties are invited to submit written bids for hauling of roll-off containers from the Pinedale Transfer Station, in accordance with bid specifications available from the Sublette County Clerk, Sublette County Courthouse, 21 S. Tyler, Pinedale, Wyoming. Sealed bids are to be submitted to the Sublette County Clerk, P.O. Box 250, Pinedale, Wyoming 82941, no later that 5:00 p.m. on Monday, March 2, 2009. Bid opening will be at the regular meeting of the Board of County Commissioners on Tuesday, March 3, 2009, at 10:00 a.m., in the Commissioners Meeting Room of the Sublette County Courthouse, Pinedale, Wyoming. Sublette County reserves the right to accept or reject all and any bids.

To All Whom It May Concern:
The Board of County Commissioners of the County of Sublette has decided to vacate part of the PARADISE COUNTY ROAD NO. 23-136 commencing at Station 71+67.7 on the south line of Section 29, T31N, R109W; thence running northerly to Station 151+88.3 in the NE1/4SE1/4, Section 20, T31N, R109W; and BEGINNING at Station 177+81.7 in the NW1/4NW1/4 of Section 21; thence running northeasterly to Station 190+61.0 on the north line of said Section 21; All objections thereto or claims for damages by reason thereof must be filed in writing with the County Clerk, before noon on the 16th day of March, 2009, or such road will be vacated without reference to such objections or claims for damages.
