TAKE NOTICE that Claire Sternberg has filed a Complaint in the District Court in and for Sublette County, Wyoming, Ninth Judicial District, to quiet title to real property located in Sublette County, Wyoming and more particularly described as follows:
Tract 15, Redstone Warren Bridge Subdivision, Sublette County, Wyoming.
Naming each and every one of you as defendants, alleging that you claim estates, rights, titles, liens and interests therein which are adverse to those of the plaintiff, and that plaintiff is seeking to have her title to said property interest forever quieted and a judicial determination that none of you have any estates, rights, titles, liens or interests therein.
FURTHER, you are notified that you are required to answer plaintiff’s Complaint on or before December 20, 2008, by filing same with the Clerk of this Court; otherwise, said Complaint shall be taken as true and judgment shall be rendered against you accordingly.

NOTICE OF SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION OF CONTRACT
To all persons, firms, or corporations who have any claim for any work done, or any material furnished to, Groathouse Construction, 1349 Sheridan Avenue, Suite 200 Cody, Wyoming 82414 for LaBarge Elementary School.
You are hereby notified that Sublette County School District Number Nine, Big Piney, Wyoming, has accepted substantial completion according to the Contract Documents and rules set forth in the contract between Sublette County School District Number Nine and the aforesaid Contractor of the work in connection with the LaBarge Elementary School, and that said Contractor is entitled to final settlement thereof.
You are further notified that upon the Tenth day of December, 2008, being the 41st day after the first publication of the notice, said Sublette County School District Number Nine will pay Groathouse Construction the full amount due under said contract, and in the event your claim is not filed with Sublette County School District Number Nine prior to said Tenth day of December, 2008, same shall be waived.
This notice is given pursuant to Section 16-6116, Wyoming Statutes, 1982.

Box 183 Big Piney, WY 83113 bids have to be in by 5 p.m. on November 14, 2008 and will be opened at regular board meeting November 17, 2008 at 7 p.m. at Southwest Sublette County Pioneers.

PUBLIC NOTICE
Koch Construction, Inc. has filed a mining permit expansion application with the Land Quality Division of the Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality. Approval of this application will allow the current ten-acre disturbance to expand to 40 acres. This mining operation is located in T34N, R111W Sections 21 and 28, north of Highway 354; near the town of Daniel in Sublette County, Wyoming. The application may be viewed at the Cheyenne or Lander Office of the DEQ Land Quality Division. The application will be re-advertised for public comment prior to approval by the Department of Environmental Quality.

NOTICE OF FINAL PAYMENT
Pursuant to W.S. § 16-6-116, notice is hereby given that Pinedale Airport Board has accepted the work on the Runway Extension Project, as substantially completed according to the plans and specifications and rules set forth in the Contract and that HK Contractors, Inc. is entitled to final settlement therefore. Upon the 41st day, after the first publication of this notice, (December 23, 2008), that Pinedale Airport Board, under whose direction of supervision the work has been carried out will pay to HK Contractors, Inc. the full amount due under the Contract. All persons, firms, or corporations who have any claims for work done or materials furnished on said public work are hereby notified that final payment will be made to HK Contractors, Inc. in accordance with the terms of the Contract on December 24, 2008. This section does not relieve HK Contractors, Inc. and the sureties on his bond from any claims of work or labor done or materials or supplies furnished in the execution of the Contract.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the Town of Pinedale, of Pinedale Wyoming will hold a public meeting as required by the Town of Pinedale Zoning Ordinance on Monday December 1, 2008 at 5:30pm or thereabouts at Town of Pinedale Town Hall 210 W. Pine St. Pinedale, Wyoming on the subject action of a proposed rezone of Tax Grid Number 02-00-04015 a.k.a. Property Partners, LLC located at 639 S. Pine St, Pinedale Wyoming 82941, from R-2A to C-1 as shown on drawings prepared by WLC Engineering, PO Box 1519, 58 S. Tyler St., Pinedale WY 82941.
The purpose of this public meeting is to allow Public Input into the proposed action on the part of the local citizens and any other interested parties, governmental agencies or groups. All persons interested in the proposed action are invited to appear and express their view.
Maps, drawings, and other pertinent data will be available upon request for public inspection by contacting the Town of Pinedale Town Hall. All persons interested in the subject action may inspect said maps, drawings and other pertinent data / documents before the Public Hearing. Written statements may be submitted prior to or at the time of the hearing.

PUBLIC NOTICE
The Sublette County Planning & Zoning Commission will meet on Thursday, December 18, 2008 at 6:30 p.m. in the Sublette County Courthouse, Pinedale, Wyoming. At this time, a public hearing will be held to consider the following applications:
AGENDA
Request for Minor Subdivision approval, pursuant to Chapter VI of the Sublette County Subdivision Resolution, entitled Minor Subdivision; for the Kipp Minor Subdivision; Paul E. Kipp, applicant. The application for Minor Subdivision proposes the creation of two lots (Lot 1= 5.67 acres and Lot 2= 2.39 acres) within the Rural Residential zoning district (two net acre minimum lot size). The proposed Kipp Minor Subdivision is located in Sections 5 and 8, Township 32N, Range 108W; generally described as Lot 105 of Big Country Ranches Subdivision Forth Filing Unit C. The Kipp property is located approximately 1.5 miles northeast of Boulder and State Highway 353, on the northeast side of U.S. Highway 191.
Request for Minor Subdivision approval, pursuant to Chapter VI of the Sublette County Subdivision Resolution, entitled Minor Subdivision; for the Horse Creek Minor Subdivision; Lee Lieberman, applicant. The application for Minor Subdivision proposes the creation of two 20 acre lots within the Rural Residential 20 zoning district (twenty acre minimum lot size). The proposed Horse Creek Minor Subdivision is located in Sections 2 and 3, Township 33N, Range 111W; generally described as being on the west side of U.S. Highway 189, approximately 2.5 miles south of the intersection of U.S. Highways 189 and 191.
Request for a Variance, pursuant to Chapter VI of the Sublette County Zoning and Development Regulations, entitled Variances by Callaghan Cabinets, Lynn and “Chopper” Grassell applicants. The variance application proposes a 5,000 square foot expansion of an existing non-conforming use, total floor area allowed by the variance would be 25,000 square feet and a reduction in the number of parking spaces required by the County regulations. The County requirement is one parking space for every 200 square feet of non-residential development, which equals 125 parking spaces for Callaghan Cabinets. The proposed variance request that the parking requirement be reduced to 15 parking spaces. The Grassell/Callaghan Cabinets property is 3.74 acres in size, is within the General Commercial zoning district and is located in Section 3, Township 33N, Range 109W; generally described as 9886 U.S. Highway 191 and being adjacent to the rodeo grounds on the southeast boundary of the Town of Pinedale.
Request for Conditional Use permit for Light Industrial Project Employee Housing, pursuant to Chapter V of the Sublette County Zoning and Development Regulations, entitled Conditional Uses, by Redi Services. The application is for one mobile home to provide employee housing in the light industrial zoning district. The parcel subject to the proposed Conditional Use is located in the SE ¼ of the NW ¼ of Section 25, T33N, R109W and is generally described as Lot 4 of the Airport Industrial Park and located at 35 Airport Drive, west of the Ralph Wenz Airport.

NOTICE OF FINAL SETTLEMENT WITH AND PAYMENT TO CONTRACTOR
Notice is hereby given that Sublette County – Recreation Board (Owner) has accepted the Magnolia-Jackson Pathway project as completed according to the plans and specifications and rules set forth in the contract between Owner and Teletractors, Inc. (Contractor), and that Contractor is entitled to final settlement therefore. On or after the 27th day of December, 2008, being the 41st day after the first publication of this notice, Owner will pay to Contractor the full amount due under the contract.
