SUBLETTE COUNTY NOTICE TO APPROPRIATORS OF WATER
Public notice is hereby given that the following listed water users have completed the requirements of proof of appropriation and beneficial use of ground water for the following wells approved by the State Engineer. Pursuant to Section 41-4-511, Wyoming Statutes, 1977, the below listed proofs of appropriation will be held open for public inspection from 9:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. during October 13 through October 17, 2008, at the following location(s): 1. State EngineerÕs Office, Herschler Building, Cheyenne, Wyoming. 2. Office of the Division Superintendent, Town Hall, Cokeville, Wyoming. As allowed by Section 41-4-312, any person claiming a water right interest in the same sources of supply to which the below advertised proofs refer may inform the Water Division Superintendent of his desire to contest the rights of the person or persons seeking adjudication. The statement of contest shall be presented within fifteen days after the closing of the public inspection and shall state with reasonable certainty the grounds of the contest. The statement must be verified by the sworn affidavit of the contestant, his agent or attorney. If no contest is initiated, the advertised proofs will be submitted to the State Board of Control for consideration during its meeting beginning on November 3, 2008, with the Division SuperintendentÕs recommendation that certificates of appropriation be issued.

NOTICE OF FINAL PAYMENT TO CONTRACTOR
Notice is hereby given that Sublette County, Wyoming, has accepted work as completed according to the plans and specifications set forth in the Agreement between Sublette County and Noble Construction, Inc., pursuant to the Project Manual for the Monte Vista Road Project, and that Noble Construction, Inc. is entitled to final settlement therefore. On October 8, 2008, being the forty-first day after the first publication of this Notice, Sublette County will pay to Noble Construction, Inc. all amounts and balance due under said Agreement.

TOWN OF PINEDALE
The Town Council of the Town of Pinedale met in special session, Thursday, August 21, 2008, at 6 p.m., in the Town Hall.Ê Those present: James Parker, Airport Manager.
Mayor Smith brought the meeting to order.Ê Present on roll call: Councilman David Smith excused, Councilwoman Nylla Kunard, Mayor Stephen Smith, Councilman Hohl excused and Councilman Chris House.Ê
Motion by Councilman House to approve Resolution 2008-09, a resolution authorizing the acceptance of a grant from the Federal Aviation Administration providing funds towards the update on the Airport Master Plan - Phase II.Ê Motion seconded.Ê Motion carried unanimously.
Motion by Councilman House to adjourn.Ê Motion seconded.Ê Motion carried unanimously.
Meeting adjourned at 6:05 p.m.
