Big Piney and Marbleton municipal elections

Big Piney and Marbleton held municipal elections on May 8 for two and four year council member positions.

In Big Piney, the winners for the four-year council member positions were Gloria Willoughby (59 votes) and Kevin Walton (54 votes). The winners for the two-year positions were Scott Scherbel (59 votes) and write-in Darren Davison (25 votes).

The Marbleton results were not available at press time, but running for the positions were: Mack Bradley and Mike Hughes for the two available two-year council member positions and Sue Hoefer and Bob Beiermann for the two four-year council member positions. Results will be next week’s edition of the Examiner.
