by Trey Wilkinson Temperatures dropped into the -20s Tuesday morning; in fact, -26 was recorded at the Pinedale Ralph Wentz Field around 6 a.m. Tuesday, which was the lowest temperature of the 2007-08 winter season. Surrounding areas saw even colder temperatures. By Wednesday morning, the bank sign on Pine Street shows a heat wave is passing through as temperatures soar to above zero.
