ORDINANCE NO. __408____
AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF PINEDALE, WYOMING AMENDING CHAPTER 17.67, SECTION 17.67.010, OF THE PINEDALE MUNICIPAL CODE REGARDING THE BUILDING AND DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS FOR CONDOMINIUM DEVELOPMENTS.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HERBY ORDAINED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF PINEDALE, WYOMING THAT CHAPTER 17.67, SECTION 17.67.210, OF THE PINEDALE MUNICIPAL CODE IS HEREBY AMENDED TO READ AS FOLLOWS:
17.67.210 Building and developmental standards. In addition to all other applicable requirements in the Pinedale Municipal Code, condominium developments must meet the following requirements:
A. Each condominium development must meet the specific zoning and off street parking and loading requirements for the zoning district in which it is located or which apply due to the use of said development.
B. All utilities must be separate and separately metered for each condominium unit.
C. There shall be a ten-foot utility easement on each side of a condominium building.
D. No more than eight residential condominium units may be contiguous to form a condominium building and no portion of a residential condominium building or accessory structure in or related to one group of contiguous units shall be less than 15 feet from any portion of a condominium building or accessory structure of another condominium building.
E. The total ground floor area of a residential condominium building or buildings shall not exceed 60% of the total project area. For purposes of this Section, ground floor area is the area containing the ground floor of the residential condominium building and any enclosed garage, exclusive of accessory buildings or structures.

ORDINANCE NO. 2007-___409_____
AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF PINEDALE, WYOMING CREATING CHAPTER 16.65 OF THE PINEDALE MUNICIPAL CODE TO ESTABLISH CERTAIN CRITERIA FOR SUBDIVISIONS LOCATED OUTSIDE OF BUT WITHIN A MILE OF THE TOWN LIMITS.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY ORDAINED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF PINEDALE, WYOMING, THAT CHAPTER 16.65 IS HEREBY CREATED TO READ AS FOLLOWS:

STANDARDS FOR SUBDIVISIONS LOCATED OUTSIDE
OF BUT WITHIN A MILE OF THE TOWN LIMITS

16.65.030 Dead-end Streets; cul-de-sacs
16.65.010 Procedure For Consideration. Plats concerning subdivisions of land located outside of the Town limits but within one (1) mile thereof which are submitted to the Town for review and approval shall be submitted and processed in the same manner as preliminary and final subdivision plats under Chapters 16.12, 16.20 and 16.24 of the Pinedale Municipal Code excepting the requirements under Section 16.24.010, regarding the construction or assurance of improvements, and under Section 16.24.040 (3) and (4) regarding cross sections of streets and utilities and the Town Engineer’s certification regarding a utility map shall not apply.
16.65.020 Road Standards and Lay Out. All roads and streets located in subdivisions of land located outside of the Town limits but within one (1) mile thereof for which the plats are submitted to the Town for review and approval shall comply with Chapter 16.28 of the Pinedale Municipal Code except for the following Sections:
Section 16.28.050 Dead-end Streets; cul-de-sacs
Section 16.28.060 Marginal access streets
Section 16.28.070 Through traffic on minor streets
Section 16.28.130 Construction Standard; grades
Section 16.28.160 Names; house numbers.
16.65.030 Dead-end Streets; cul-de-sacs. The provisions of Section 16.28.050 shall apply to roads and streets located in subdivisions of land located outside of the Town limits but within one (1) mile thereof the plats of which are submitted to the Town for review and approval except as modified herein. Cul-de-sacs shall be allowed provided easements are created to allow future streets to be constructed so as to allow through traffic where reasonably requested by the Town Council. Cul-de-sacs shall not be required to be paved.
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after passage on three readings and publication according to law.

BEFORE THE OIL AND GAS CONSERVATION COMMISSION OF THE STATE OF WYOMING
The following matters will come before this Commission on TUESDAY, MAY 8, 2007, at 9:00 A.M., or as soon thereafter as the matters may be heard, or between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M. on any of the subsequent days during which the Commission remains in session at the office of the State Oil and Gas Supervisor, 2211 King Boulevard, Casper, Wyoming.
Cause No. 11, Order No. 2, DOCKET NO. 122-2007, brought on the Commission’s own motion to ask Shell Rocky Mountain Production LLC to show cause as to why fines and penalties should not be levied for its failure to notify the Commission of its intent to spud, in derogation of Chapter 3, Section 22(c) of the Commission’s Rules, its Warbonnet 11D-10D well in Section 10, Township 30 North, Range 108 West, 6th P.M., Sublette County, Wyoming.
Cause No. 11, Order No. 1, DOCKET NO. 165-2007, brought on the Commission’s own motion to ask Shell Rocky Mountain Production LLC to show cause as to why fines and penalties should not be levied for its failure to notify the Commission of its intent to spud, in derogation of Chapter 3, Section 22(c) of the Commission’s Rules, the Warbonnet 11C-10D well in Section 10, Township 30 North, Range 108 West, 6th P.M., and the Warbonnet 14B-10DX well in Section 10, Township 30 North, Range 108 West, 6th P.M.; all in Sublette County, Wyoming.
Any interested party is entitled to appear at the aforesaid time and place to be heard by the Commission. HORSE CREEK ROAD

Sealed BIDS are requested for work described in the project manual for the above named project prepared by Rio Verde Engineering, 201 West Pine Street, P.O. Box 642, Pinedale, Wyoming 82941.
Bids will be received by Rio Verde Engineering, until 3:00 PM local time on April 30, 2007, at which time said BIDS will be publicly opened and read aloud.
This project consists of placing 24,000 cubic yards of compacted fill, 28,000 tons of crushed base, 16,300 tons of asphalt, 6800 cubic yards of pitrun, 61,600 square feet of engineering fabric, and 11,800 cubic yards of topsoil removal for 4.5 miles of road resurfacing for County Road 23-112 (Horse Creek Road).
A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be conducted at 1:00 P.M. local time on Tuesday, April 24, 2007 , at which time an on site inspection of the proposed work will be conducted and special considerations will be discussed. The meeting will be held at the office of Rio Verde Engineering. All prospective BIDDERS must attend this meeting.
Copies of the Project Manual and the Design Drawings specifying the work to be performed may be obtained from Rio Verde Engineering.
BIDDERS shall be required to accompany each bid with a BID Bond with sufficient surety, or a certified check, cashier’s check or bank draft upon some reputable bank payable to Sublette County for at least 10 percent of the total amount of the BID. The bond, check or bank draft shall be forfeited as liquidated damages, if the BIDDER, upon the letting of the contract to him, fails to enter into the contract within 7 days after it is presented to him for that purpose or fails to proceed with the performance of the contract. The Bid Bond, draft or check shall be retained by Sublette County until proper bond to secure performance of the contract has been filed and approved. All the above to be in accordance with 15-1-113, Wyoming Statutes, 2007.
The right is reserved by Sublette County to reject any and all BIDS, and to waive any irregularity or informality in the bidding. BIDS may not be withdrawn for thirty days after the date of opening.

SUBLETTE COUNTY BICYCLE/PEDESTRIAN NORTH PATHWAY EXTENSION

Sealed BIDS are requested for work described in the project manual for the above named project prepared by Rio Verde Engineering, 201 West Pine Street, P.O. Box 642, Pinedale, Wyoming 82941.
Bids will be received by Rio Verde Engineering until 3:00 PM local time on April 30, 2007, at which time said BIDS will be publicly opened and read aloud.
This project consists of placing 370 cubic yards of compacted fill, 380 tons of crushed base, 205 tons of asphalt, and 475 cubic yards of topsoil removal for 2,000 feet of bike path extension. The path extension begins at the end of the existing path, goes around the parking lot, follows the dirt road, and ties to Fremont Lake Road.
A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be conducted at 10:00 AM. local time on Tuesday, April 24, 2007 , at which time an on site inspection of the proposed work will be conducted and special considerations will be discussed. The meeting will be held at the office of Rio Verde Engineering. All prospective BIDDERS must attend this meeting.
Copies of the Project Manual and the Design Drawings specifying the work to be performed may be obtained from Rio Verde Engineering.
