ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Groathouse Construction, Inc. & Sublette Co. School Dist. No. 9 request pre-qualified subcontractor bids for work on the New LaBarge Elementary School, LaBarge, WY. Faxed bids will be accepted at 307-276-3731 until 2 p.m. MT, on August 28, 2007. Sealed bids will be accepted at Sublette Co. School Dist. No. 9 office, 115 South Nichols Street, Big Piney, WY, 83113 until 3:00 p.m. MT on August 28, 2007, at which time all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Five-percent preference is hereby given to subcontractors, supplies, equipment, machinery, and provisions produced, manufactured, supplied or grown in Wyoming, quality being equal to articles offered by competitors outside the State as provided in W.S. 16-6-101 through 16-6-107. All prospective subcontractors must be pre-qualified. Mechanical and Electrical Subcontractors must provide 5 percent Bid Bond. Successful Mechanical and Electrical bidders must provide 100 percent Payment & Performance Bonds. A pre-bid meeting will be held August 14, 2007, at 1 p.m., 106 Pine Ave., LaBarge, WY. INVITATION FOR BIDS FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO MILEY MEMORIAL FIELD AIRPORT BIG PINEY-MARBLETON, WY
Sealed bids for improvements to the Miley Memorial Field Airport, will be received by the Big Piney-Marbleton Airport Board at the Big Piney Town Hall at 401 Budd Ave, Big Piney, WY until September 5, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. MST, and then opened and read aloud.
The work involved includes the following:
SCHEDULE I
HANGAR AREA SITE IMPROVEMENTS
A complete set of Plans, Specifications and Contract Documents may be obtained at www.armstrongconsultants.com. A digital copy may be downloaded for $50.00. A hardcopy may be purchased for $100.00 for each set. There will be no refunds.
Each bid must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Cashier's Check in an amount not less than 5 percent of the total bid made payable to Big Piney-Marbleton Airport Board, or by a Bid Bond in like amount executed by a Surety Company.
The Bidder must supply all the information required by the proposal forms and specifications, and he/she must bid on all items of every schedule. The Big Piney-Marbleton Airport Board reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any or all portions of the various bid items. No proposal may be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days from the opening thereof.
All bidders are advised to examine the site to become familiar with all site conditions. The project will be shown to interested bidders by appointment. Bidders should contact the Airport Manager at (307) 260-5140 to schedule an appointment.

PUBLIC NOTICE OF INTENT TO SUBDIVIDE
Alan and Robyn Blackburn will file an application with the Sublette County Planning and Zoning Commission to subdivide 18.48 acres zoned I-L, 38.31 acres zoned C-1, 40.5 acres zoned RR-5, 9.15 acres zoned R-R, and 2.37 acres that fall within the highway right of way, located in the SW/4 NW/4 and the SW/4 of Section 30, T33N., R.108W., 6th P.M., Sublette County, Wyoming. Said land is located on the north side of Highway 191, north of the Pinedale Airport.

PUBLIC NOTICE OF INTENT TO SUBDIVIDE
Dick Poston will file an application with the Sublette County Planning and Zoning Commission to subdivide 26.41 acres zoned RR-20 and 10.0 acres zoned RR-10, located in the SE/4 NW/4 of Section 25, T.37N., R.110W., 6th P.M., Sublette County, Wyoming. Said land is located on the east side of State Highway 352 and the Hecox 2nd Subdivision.

Notice of Application for Restaurant Liquor License
Notice is hereby given that on the 14th of August, 2007, Gudino's, Inc. dba The Wrangler Café filed an application for a transfer of a restaurant liquor license in the Office of the Clerk of the Town of Pinedale, Pinedale, Wyoming, for the following description: 905 West Pine Street, Pinedale, Wyoming, and protests, if any there be, against the license, will be heard at the hour of 5:30 p.m., Monday, September 24, 2007 at the Town Hall, 210 West Pine Street, Pinedale, Wyoming.

BEFORE THE OIL AND GAS CONSERVATION COMMISSION OF THE STATE OF WYOMING
The following matters will come before this Commission on TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 11, 2007, at 9:00 A.M., or as soon thereafter as the matters may be heard, or between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M. on any of the subsequent days during which the Commission remains in session at the office of the State Oil and Gas Supervisor, 2211 King Boulevard, Casper, Wyoming.
Cause No. 2, Order No. 1, DOCKET NO. 386-2007, brought on the application of Dolar Energy, L.L.C. for an order allowing the Duck Creek 6-32 well to be drilled at a surface location 2048 feet FNL and 2436 feet FEL on the western edge of Tract 6 with a 200-foot window of tolerance, as an exception to Chapter 4, Section 4(a)(v) in the SW1/4 NE1/4 of Section 6, Township 33 North, Range 109 West, 6th P.M., Sublette County, Wyoming.
Any interested party is entitled to appear at the aforesaid time and place to be heard by the Commission. The applications may be inspected in the office of the undersigned, 2211 King Boulevard, Casper, Wyoming, or on the Oil & Gas Commission website at http://wogcc.state.wy.us. If there are any protests, please make such known to the State Oil and Gas Supervisor at least three (3) working days before the hearing by filing a written objection.
