PUBLIC NOTICE
READVERTISEMENT
The Board of County Commissioners, Sublette County, Wyoming, will be accepting bids for the sale of a 2001 770 John Deere Motorgrader. The unit is equipped with a wing and plow snow equipment with 5500 hours. Minimum bid is $84,000.00, with payment due from the successful bidder, in certified funds, by February 15, 2007. Sealed bids shall be submitted to the Sublette County Clerk, P.O. Box 250, 21 South Tyler, Pinedale, WY 82941, by 5 p.m., February 2, 2007. Bid opening will be at the regular meeting of the Board of County Commissioners, at 9:15 a.m., on Tuesday, February 6, 2007. Inspection of the unit can be arranged by contacting Butch Penton at the Sublette County Road & Bridge Shop at 367-6390. Sublette County reserves the right to accept and/or reject any or all bids.

NOTICE OF FINAL
PAYMENT TO CONTRACTOR
Notice is hereby given that Sublette County, Wyoming, has accepted work as completed according to the plans and specifications set forth in the Agreement between Sublette County and McMurry Ready Mix, pursuant to the Project Manual for Forty Rod Road Project, and that McMurry Ready Mix is entitled to final settlement therefore. On February 28, 2007, being the forty-first day after the first publication of this Notice, Sublette County will pay to McMurry Ready Mix all amounts and balance due under said Agreement.

PAYMENT TO CONTRACTOR
Notice is hereby given that the Board of County Commissioners of Sublette County, Wyoming has accepted work as completed according to the plans, specifications and rules set forth in the contract between Sublette County and Chambers Design-Build, Inc, 167 S. Cole Ave., P.O. Box 1360, Pinedale, Wyoming, for the Contract on the Sublette County Maintenance Shop project in Pinedale Wyoming, and that Chambers Design-Build Inc. is entitled to final settlement therefore. On the 18th day of February 2007, being the thirtieth day after the first publication of the Notice, Sublette County will pay the above mentioned Contractor, the full amount due under said Contract.

PUBLIC NOTICE
Chambers Design Build, Inc (CDBI) and Sublette County are seeking SUBCONTRACTORS bids for the SAFV Office Building located in Pinedale, a 4,000 square foot building of wood frame construction.  This project is partially funded by HUD and as such all contracted SUBCONTRACTORS must abide by the Davis Bacon / Copeland Anti Kickback Act Requirements. (Weekly payroll & prevailing wage rate minimum) All SUBCONTRACTORS bidding the project MUST submit a prequalification form.  Any Subcontractor may be required to post a performance bond.  In addition, electrical and mechanical Subcontractors must submit a letter of bondability with their prequalification form.  Pre-qualification forms are available from:

Contract Documents will be available in February from CDBI, and a copy will be available for viewing at their office.  Bids will be due in the office of CDBI in 2 weeks after bid documents are issued and bids will be read aloud at the office of the Sublette County Clerk at 21 S Tyler Avenue, Pinedale Wyoming immediately following.   Pre-qualification Applications are due back in the office of CDBI by February 12, 2007.  This will be the only public solicitation for bidders.

The following matters will come before this Commission on TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 13, 2007, at 9:00 A.M., or as soon thereafter as the matters may be heard, or between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M. on any of the subsequent days during which the Commission remains in session at the office of the State Oil and Gas Supervisor, 2211 King Boulevard, Casper, Wyoming.
Cause No. 3, Order No. 1, DOCKET NO. 58-2007, brought on the application of Ultra Resources, Inc. for an order authorizing an exception location for the Warbonnet 4C2-15D well, to be directionally drilled to the Lance Formation, and located at surface 1919 feet FNL and 602 feet FWL in the SW1/4 NW1/4 of Section 15, and located bottomhole at 990 feet FNL and 165 feet FWL in the NW1/4 NW1/4 of Section 15, Township 30 North, Range 108 West, 6th P.M., Sublette County, Wyoming
Cause No. 3, Order No. 1, DOCKET NO. 86-2007, brought on the application of EnCana Oil & Gas (USA), Inc. for an order adding adjacent lands to the Commission’s orders in Docket Nos. 521-2004 and 394-2006, thereby approving the drilling of additional wells to the Lance Pool for portions of the Jonah Field described as follows: Eight (8) wells in each approximate 80-acre drilling and spacing unit in the following described lands: the NE1/4 SW1/4, S1/2 NW1/4 of Section 13, the SE1/4 SW1/4 of Section 19, the E1/2 W1/2 of Section 30 and the E1/2 NW1/4 of Section 31, Township 29 North, Range 108 West, 6th P.M.; and the SW1/4 SW1/4 of Section 18, the W1/2 NE1/4, SE1/4 NE1/4, SE1/4 of Section 30, and the N1/2 NE1/4 of Section 31, Township 29 North, Range 107 West, 6th P.M.; and Lot 1, S1/2 SE1/4 of Section 2 and the E1/2 SW1/4, SE1/4 NW1/4 of Section 14, Township 28 North, Range 109 West, 6th P.M.; by allowing the authorized wells to be located within each 80-acre drilling and spacing unit provided that such wells are located no closer than 200 feet from the boundary of a drilling and spacing unit; and allowing more than one well to bottom in a quarter quarter quarter section provided no more than eight (8) wells are located in an 80-acre drilling and spacing unit; and requiring that any affidavits submitted in support of exception locations certify that the working interests owners in the drilling and spacing unit towards which the well is moving are the same and to apply such modifications to adjacent Cabrito and Corona Unit lands; all within Sublette County, Wyoming.
Any interested party is entitled to appear at the aforesaid time and place to be heard by the Commission. The applications may be inspected in the office of the undersigned, 2211 King Boulevard, Casper, Wyoming, or on the Oil & Gas Commission website at http://wogcc.state.wy.us. If there are any protests, please make such known to the State Oil and Gas Supervisor at least three (3) working days before the hearing by filing a written objection.

Notice is hereby given that the State Transportation Commission of Wyoming has accepted as completed according to plans, specifications and rules governing the same work performed under that certain contract between the State of Wyoming, acting through said Commission and McGarvin-Moberly Construction Company, the Contractor, on Highway Project Number ACSTPS-PO-1801-00(019) in Sublette County, consisting of grading, bituminous pavement leveling and surfacing and miscellaneous work, and the Contractor is entitled to final settlement therefore; that the Director of the Department of Transporation will cause said Contractor to be paid the full amount due him under said contract on March 7, 2007.

A public hearing will be held on Tuesday, Feb. 6, 2007 at 7:00 p.m. at the Town Hall of the Town of Big Piney in accordance with Wyoming Statutes, 2005, as amended, Section 15-1-405. This notice includes a copy of the “Proposed Annexation Report” required by Section 15-1-402 (c) as follows:
PROPOSED ANNEXATION REPORT
MILLEG FOURTH ANNEXATION TO THE TOWN BIG PINEY
In accordance with Wyoming Statues, 2005, as amended, Section 15-1-402 (c), the following may be reported:
(i )A map of the area proposed to be annexed is attached.

(ii ) The total estimated cost of infrastructure improvements required of all landowners by the annexing municipality related to the Annexation.
