PUBLIC NOTICE
Pursuant to the Wyoming Weed and Pest Control Act of 1973 (W.S. 11-5-101 through 11-5-303), notice is hereby given to solicit nominations for appointment to the Sublette County Weed and Pest Control District. Appointments will be made at the regular meeting of the Board of County Commissioners on Tuesday, January 16, 2007, at 10 a.m. in accordance with W.S. 11-5-104. Prior to appointment, the nominee for Director shall submit a petition signed by at least ten (10) landowners, to the Office of the County Clerk, by 5 p.m., Wednesday, Jan. 10, 2007. Appointments will be made to the following districts: Pinedale and At-Large.

PUBLIC NOTICE
The Board of County Commissioners, Sublette County, Wyoming, will be accepting bids for the sale of a 2001 770 John Deere Motorgrader. The unit is equipped with a wing and plow snow equipment with 5500 hours. Minimum bid is $84,000.00, with payment due from the successful bidder, in certified funds, by January 15, 2007. Sealed bids shall be submitted to the Sublette County Clerk, P.O. Box 250, 21 South Tyler, Pinedale, WY 82941, by 5 p.m., Dec. 29, 2006. Bid opening will be at the regular meeting of the Board of County Commissioners, at 9:30 a.m., on Tuesday, Jan. 2, 2007. Inspection of the unit can be arranged by contacting Butch Penton at the Sublette County Road & Bridge Shop at 367-6390. Sublette County reserves the right to accept and/or reject any or all bids.

PUBLIC NOTICE
The Sublette County Board of Commissioners will meet on Tuesday, January 16, 2007, at 1:00 p.m. in the Sublette County Courthouse, Pinedale, Wyoming. At this time, a public hearing will be held to consider the following applications:
AGENDA
1. Request for Change of Zoning District Boundary; pursuant to Chapter VIII of the Sublette County Zoning and Development Regulations, entitled Administration; by Robert Norrell to rezone 61 acres from Agricultural (one dwelling unit per 35 acres) to Rural Residential 20 (one dwelling unit per 20 acres), in order to divide the parcel into two (2) thirty (30) acre tracts. The parcel subject to the proposed change in zoning district boundary is located in Section 28, Township 32N, Range 111W; generally described as the west side of US Highway 189 north of the intersection of US Highway 189 and Cottonwood Ryegrass County Road 23-117 and being located approximately 11 miles north of Marbleton/Big Piney.
2. Request for Change of Zoning District Boundary; pursuant to Chapter VIII of the Sublette County Zoning and Development Regulations, entitled Administration; by the Town of Pinedale/Airport Board to rezone the 400 acre airport property from Light Industrial to Heavy Industrial, in to allow structures to be built up to a maximum height of fifty (50) feet. The parcel subject to the proposed change in zoning district boundary is located in Section 15, Township 33N, Range 109W; generally described as Ralph Wenz Field-Pinedale Airport, located on the south side of US Highway 191 and being approximately 5 miles southeast of the Pinedale Town limits.
3. Request by Michael Davis for a Variance; pursuant to Chapter VI of the Sublette County Zoning and Development Regulations, entitled Variances to allow an accessory structure to encroach 12.’7” into the easement for Frontage Road where 30’ is required; as established by Chapter III, Section 4 of the Sublette County Zoning and Development Regulations. The subject property is located in Section 32, Township 33N, Range 108W; generally described as 1 Frontage Road (Lot 62 Big Country Ranches Fourth Filing Unit A), being on the northeast side of Highway 191 approximately 7.6 miles south of Pinedale.
4. Request for Conditional Use approval; pursuant to Chapter V of the Sublette County Zoning and Development Regulations, entitled Conditional Uses; by Joella Dugan to operate an Industrial Transportation Parking Facility, as provided in Chapter II, Section 3 of the Sublette County Zoning and Development Regulations in the General Commercial zoning district. The parcel subject to the proposed Conditional use is located in Section 25, Township 33N, Range 109W; generally described as Lot 1 Cobblestone Subdivision and being located on the north side of US Highway 191 approximately 4.9 miles southeast of the Pinedale town limits.
5. Request for a Minor Subdivision approval; pursuant to Chapter VI of the Sublette County Subdivision Resolution, entitled Minor Subdivision by John Kochever. The applicant is requesting a Minor Subdivision to for a 47.66 acre parcel to be subdivided into two lots, with Lot 1 being the 23.61 acre parcel zoned Recreational Service and Lot 2 being the 24.05 parcel zoned Rural Residential 20. The Kochever property is located in Section 15, Township 32N, Range 108W; generally described 8747 U. S. Highway 191 and being located on the east side of U. S. Highway 191 approximately 0.50 miles south of Wyoming state Highway 353.
