TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN SAID ESTATE:
You are hereby notified that on November 15, 2006, the estate of the above named decedent was admitted to probate by the above-named Court, and that Stacey Lynn Court was appointed personal representative thereof.
Notice is further given that all persons indebted to the decedent or to his estate are requested to make immediate payment to the undersigned at 510 South Main, Rock Springs, Wyoming.
Creditors having claims against the decedent or the estate are required to file them in duplicate with the necessary vouchers, in the office of the clerk of said court, on or before three months after the date of the first publication of this notice, which first publication is made on November 30, 2006, and if such claims are not so filed, unless otherwise allowed or paid, they will be forever barred.

SMITH, as Trustee of the ROBERT AND MARION SMITH LIVING TRUST dated August 18, 1995, filed her Application for a Decree Establishing Right and Title to Real Property seeking an establishment in her of all the decedent’s right, title and interest in and to certain real property located in Sublette County, Wyoming, and more particularly described as follows:
An undivided one-fifth (1/5) interest in and to all oil, gas and other minerals, in and under and that may be produced from the following described lands situate in Sublette County, Wyoming, more particularly described as follows:

Section 11: SW1/4
Section 14: N1/2NW1/4, SW1/4NW1/4, W1/2SW1/4
Section 15: SE1/4NE1/4, NW1/4
Section 23: NW1/4NE1/4, NW1/4, NW1/4SW1/4
Any interested party may file objections thereto in writing with the Clerk of the District Court, Third Judicial District, in and for said County and State, on or before the 18th day of December, 2006. If no objections are filed, a decree will be sought as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard.

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
The Board of County Commissioners of the County of Sublette has decided to alter or vacate part of the WILLOW CREEK COUNTY ROAD No. 23-110 through the E1/2SW1/4 and W1/2SE1/4, Section 33, T34N, R109W.
All objections thereto or claims for damages by reason thereof must be filed in writing with the County Clerk of said County, before noon on the 18th day of December 2006, or such road will be altered or vacated without reference to such objections or claims for damages.

The Wyoming Livestock Board has scheduled public hearings to receive public comment on Chapter 2 Vaccination Against & Surveillance for Brucellosis Rules at the following times and locations:
Dec. 12 – Big Piney Sublette Co. Fairgrounds – Commercial Bldg. ~ 11 a.m.- 2 p.m.
Dec. 13 – Riverton The Armory at the Fairgrounds ~ 11 a.m.- 2 p.m.
Dec. 15 – Torrington Eastern WY College Tebbet Bldg. Rm. 131 ~ 1-3 p.m.

NOTICE OF INTENT TO SUBDIVIDE
PUBLIC NOTICE
John J. Chrisman and Penny L. Chrisman will file an application for subdivision with the Sublette County Planning and Zoning Commission within NE1/4NE1/4 of Section 24, T29N, R112W and Lot 1 (NW1/4NW1/4) of Section 19, T29N, R111W, Sublette County, Wyoming.
