Sublette County Commission Notes

Gravel pit

The Sublette County Commission took action to purchase a gravel pit from Eastfork Livestock on Tuesday. The commission signed a purchase agreement for $400,000 for a 40-acre parcel from the Joel Bousman family.

Staley fired

Sublette County Clerk Mary Lankford reported that after a lengthy executive session, the commission decided to terminate the employment of Darlene Staley as the county zoning administrator, effective immediately.

LaBarge Creek

The Sublette County Commission finally signed a written agreement with Lincoln County Commissioners for the LaBarge Creek Road. The agreement allows Lincoln County road crews to perform maintenance on the road in Sublette County, with Sublette County paying for the work.
