To: Karolyn J. Stephens a/k/a Karol J. Stephens, 10489 Sonoran Vista Trail, Tucson, Ariz., 85749.
Take notice that the First National Bank of Pinedale, a national banking organization, has filed a complaint against you in the above-captioned matter in the District Court, Ninth Judicial District, Sublette County, Wyoming, naming of you as a defendant therein. This complaint alleges that you have defaulted under the terms of two certain promissory notes executed by you and delivered and payableto the plaintiff, dated Aug. 15, 2003, and Feb. 23, 2004, and in the original face amounts of $162,000 and $10,025 respectively. The complaint asks for judgment in the face amount of said notes, $172,025, plus accrued interest, reasonable attorney’s fees, late charges, accrued taxes and costs of suit. The complaint further asks that two mortgages given to secure said promissory notes, dated Aug. 15, 2003, and Feb. 23, 2004, and recorded in the office of the Sublette County Clerk at Book 104 of Mortgages, page 766, and Book 110 of Mortgages, page 53, respectively, be foreclosed and a decree be made for the sale of the involved real property according to law, that the proceeds of said sale, after deducting for the cost of sale be applied in payment of the sumsdue plaintiff under the judgments requested in said complaint. The real property encumbered by said mortgages is described as:
Lot eight (8) of Redstone Seventh Addition to the Town of Pinedale, Sublette County, Wyoming, as the same appears on the official map or plat thereof filed for record in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds for Sublette County, Wyoming;
Together with all improvements and appurtenances thereunto appertaining.
The complaint further requests deficiency judgment against you for any amount remaining unpaid after the foreclosure sale of the concernedreal property and for such further relief as the court may deem just and equitable.
You are notified that you are required to answer plaintiff’s complaint on or before May 16, 2006, by filing the same with the clerk of thiscourt; otherwise, said complaint shall be taken as true and judgment shall berendered against you accordingly.

REQUEST FOR BIDS
Hereby take notice that the Pinedale Airport Board, actingo n behalf of the Town of Pinedale, is requesting bids for the salvage right sand removal for all structures (except the 40’x64’ metal storage building) from 28 Beacon Lane (aka Airport Parcel 24), near Pinedale Airport, Sublette County, Wyoming. Bids will be opened on Wednesday, May 10, 2006, at 2 p.m. at the Pinedale Town Hall. All bids must be on the authorized bid form and received at the Pinedale Town Hall, 210 W.Pine Street (or by mail to P.O. Box 709) Pinedale, Wyo., 82941, no later than 5p.m. on Tuesday, May 9, 2006, to be considered. Removal must be completed within a reasonable time as weather and future site preparation permit, but in any event not later than Dec. 1, 2006.
Within five business days of notice of award, the successful bidder will be required to enter into a written contract with the Pinedale Airport Board for the successful reclamation of the concerned Parcel 24 after salvage and removal of the concerned structure/s (two-story house) in a form attached to the specifications. Specifications for this contract and bid forms are available at the Pinedale Town Hall.

Note that winter access from Highway 191 may be limited to via Runway Lane and involve advance arrangements so an access drive may be plowed to the structure.
Structure/s include: two-story frame home with three bedrooms, two baths located at 28 Beacon Lane, about five miles southeast of Pinedale off Highway 191. The metal storage building and perimeter fencing of the 10-acre site are to be retained by the airport. In case of conflict between the terms of this request and the specifications, the specifications shall control.

Notice of Application for Restaurant Liquor License
Notice is hereby given that on the 10th day of April, 2006, Richard and Carmel Kail applied for an application for a restaurant liquor license in the office of the Clerk of the Town of Big Piney, Wyoming, for the following described place and premises, to wit: Wood building located on lot 11, and the west 15 feet of lot 12, block 10 of the C.P. McGlashan’s first addition to the Town of Big Piney, Wyoming, and protests, if any, against the issuance of this license will be heard May 9th, 2006 at 7 p.m. at the town hall in the council chambers in Big Piney, Wyoming.

NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS+
Notice is hereby given that the Pinedale Airport Board and the Town of Pinedale (hereafter referred to as the “Sponsor” or “Owner”), will receive sealed bids for the Maintenance Building Foundation and Floor, State Project No. PNA-09X at Ralph Wenz Field Airport near Pinedale, Wyoming.
The proposed project involves the approximate quantities of the following work items: Maintenance Building Foundation and Floor - Lump Sum
The bids must be submitted not later than 5 p.m., May 9, 2006 to Pinedale Town Hall, P.O. Box 709 or 210 W. Pine Street, Pinedale,Wyo., 82941. The bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at 2 p.m., May 10, 2006, at Pinedale Town Hall, 210 West Pine, Pinedale, Wyo., 82941, in the presence of the bidders and their representatives. Envelopes containing bids must be clearly marked “Sealed Bid – Maintenance Building Foundation and Floor.”
No bids will be received after the specified hour and date. Bids may not be withdrawn after the time fixed for opening them. The owner reserves the right to waive irregularities in the bids and reject any and all bids.
All bids must be accompanied either by a certified check, payable to the Pinedale Airport Board in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid, or by a bid bond in a like amount and executed by an approved surety company. The check or bond will beretained by the owner as liquidated damages if the successful bidder refuses or fails to enter into contract and provide the required bonds in accord with his bid within fifteen (15) days after date of notification of award. Performance bond and payment bond as required by state statute apply to this project.
The Wyoming Prevailing Wage Act of 1967 (§ 27-4-401 et seq)is applicable to this project, as well as all other applicable wage statutes and shall be complied with by the Contractor. Federal equal employment opportunity shall apply to this project as applicable.
Detailed drawings and specifications for the construction of the work are available for inspection at the Pinedale Town Hall in Pinedale, Wyo., and may be inspected and obtained from Jim Parker, Airport Manager, P.O.Box 1766, Pinedale, Wyo., 82941, 307-360-9025.
In accordance with the provisions of Section 16-6-102 and 16-6-103, Volume 3, Title 9 of the Wyoming Compiled Statutes, 1977, and Chapter XI – Rules of practice and procedure before the commissioner of labor concerning certification of resident contractors on Public Works Construction Projects filed May 15, 1990, with the Wyoming Secretary of State, preference is hereby given to materials, supplies, equipment, machinery and provisions produced, manufactured, supplied or grown in Wyoming, quality being equal to articles offered by the competitor outside of the state.
All bidders are advised to examine the site to become familiar with all site conditions. The project will be shown to interested bidders by appointment with Jim Parker, Airport Manager, P.O. Box 1766,Pinedale, Wyo., 82941, 307-360-9025.
