Notice of application for a retail liquor license
Notice is hereby given on the 6th day of September, 2006, T & B Enterprises, LLC filed an application for a retail liquor license for Main Street Liquor in the office of the Clerk of the Town of Marbleton, Wyoming, for the described place to wit: frame building located at block 25 lots 23 and 24 of the original town site of Marbleton. Protests, if any, against the issuance of this license, will be heard on Oct. 6, 2006, at 3 p.m. at the clerk’s office at the Marbleton Town Hall.

INVITATION FOR BIDS
AIRPORT INDUSTRIAL PARK
ROADS AND DRAINAGE
for
SULENTA GRANDCHILDREN’S TRUST
DATED 12-23-1993
Sealed bids are requested for work described in the Project Manual for the Airport Industrial Park Roads and Drainage, dated September 28, 2006, prepared by Rio Verde Engineering, 201 West Pine Street, P.O. Box 642, Pinedale, Wyoming 82941.
Bids will be received by Rio Verde Engineering at their office until 2 P.M. local time on Oct. 6, 2006, at which time said bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
The work consists of stripping and stockpiling 42,500 CY of topsoil, 5,300 CY excavation and compacted fill, 1,300 TN crushed base, 2,650 LF utility trench, and miscellaneous work.
Copies of the project manual and the design drawings specifying the work to be performed may be obtained from Rio Verde Engineering.
Bidders shall be required to accompany each bid with a bid bond with sufficient surety, or a certified check, cashier’s check or bank draft upon some reputable bank payable to the Sulenta Grandchildren’s Trust dated 12-23-1993 for at least ten percent of the total amount of the bid. The bond, check or bank draft shall be forfeited as liquidated damages, if the bidder, upon the letting of the contract to him, fails to enter into the contract within seven days after it is presented to him for that purpose or fails to proceed with the performance of the contract. The bid bond, draft or check shall be retained by the Sulenta Grandchildren’s Trust dated 12-23-1993 until proper bond to secure performance of the contract has been filed and approved. All the above to be in accordance with 15-1-113, Wyoming Statutes, 2005.
The right is reserved by the Sulenta Grandchildren’s Trust dated 12-23-1993 to reject any and all bids, and to waive any irregularity or informality in the bidding. Bids may not be withdrawn for thirty days after the date of opening.

Town of Marbleton
Legal Notice
Notice is hereby given that the Town of Marbleton has accepted the work as substantially completed under a contract with A-Pleasant Construction, P.O. Box 783, Green River, Wyoming 82935; for the construction of the new town hall in Marbleton Wyoming. The contractor is entitled to final settlement. Therefore, on November 15, 2006, the 41st day after the publication of the first notice of substantial completion, the Town of Marbleton will pay to the contractor, A-Pleasant Construction, the full amount due under said contract. Nothing in this notice shall be construed as relieving the contractor in the securities on the contractor’s bond from any claim of claims for work or labor done or materials or supplies furnished in the execution of the contract. Any claims or objections by any party must be made to The Town of Marbleton prior to November 15, 2006.
