Order Setting Hearing
Larry Ivie, Jimmy Grimes and Tom Normington being all of the duly elected, qualified and acting commissioners of Fayette Irrigation District, having filed their report pursuant to the requirements of W.S.41-7-402 (1977), showing that each landowner in the District should be assessed a minimum of $25.00 for the current expenses and a further assessment of $7.00 per acre upon the benefited lands of the District for the purpose of raising funds for new work and maintenance, loan payments and current expenses of said District, in the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2006;
IT IS ORDERED THAT the hour of 10 a.m. on the 3rd day ofJuly, 2006 in the courtroom of the Sublette County Courthouse at Pinedale, Wyoming, be fixed as the time and place for examination of said annual reportand for the hearing of objections thereto.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED THAT notice of such hearing be published one (1) time in the Sublette Examiner.

NOTICE OF FINAL PAYMENT
Notice is hereby given that the

Has been advised that the work on
PROJECT: Plainview Cemetery – Pump Station & Supply Line Replacement
Is substantially complete according to the plans, specifications and rules set forth in the contract between the owner and the contractor, and that the contractor, Tommaron, Inc., is entitled to final settlement therefore.
All persons, firms or corporations who have claims for work done or material furnished on such work are hereby notified that final paymentwill be made to said contractor.
Payment will be made on the 41st day after publication of this notice. The owner will paythe contractor the full amount due under said contract after Aug. 2, 2006.

REQUEST FOR BIDS
Hereby take notice that the Pinedale Airport Board, acting on behalf of the Town of Pinedale, is requesting bids for the salvage rights and removal for all structures, interior fencing and corral fencing from 52 Runway Lane (aka Airport Parcel 22), near the Pinedale Airport, Sublette County, Wyoming. Bids will be opened on Wednesday, July 12, 2006, at 2 p.m. at the Pinedale Town Hall. All bids must be on the authorized bid form and received at the Pinedale Town Hall no later than 5 p.m on Tuesday, July 11, 2006, to be considered. Removal must be completed within a reasonable time as weather and future site preparation permit but in any event not later than Jan. 1, 2007.
Within five (5) business days of notice of award, the successful bidder will be required to enter into a written contract with the Pinedale Airport Board for the successful reclamation of the concerned parce l22 after salvage and removal of the concerned structures, interior fencing and corral fencing in a form attached to the specifications. Specifications for this contract and bid forms are available at the Pinedale Town Hall. Contact or telephone 307-367-4136, town hall, for pick up or mailing of bid package or telephone 307-360-9025, Airport Manager Jim Parker, for emailing of bid package and/or to arrange access to inspect the property.
Structures include: two-story home with four bedrooms, full bath and primary living areas on upper level of frame construction and bedroom/study/fullbath suite, utility room, attached double garage with division wall on lower level constructed of rock-faced concrete exterior walls and concrete slab floor with portion below grade and multiple outbuildings located at 52 Runway Lane,about 5 miles SE of Pinedale off Highway 191. Interior fencing includes polefencing and corral fencing. Perimeter fencing of the 10-acre site will be retained by the airport.
In case of conflict between the terms of this request and the specifications, the specifications shall control.

John Andrikopoulos, Earl Wright and Scott Thompson, the duly elected, qualified and acting commissioners of Green River Irrigation District, having filed their report pursuant to the requirements of W.S. 41-7-402 (1977), showing that each landowner in the district should be assessed a minimum of $20 for the current expenses and a further assessment of $3 per acre upon the benefited lands of the district for the purpose of raising funds for loan amortization, new work, maintenance and current expenses of said district, inthe fiscal year beginning July 1, 2006;
IT IS ORDERED THAT the hour of 10 a.m. on the 3rd day of July, 2006, in the courtroom of the Sublette County Courthouse at Pinedale,Wyo., be fixed as the time and place for examination of said annual report and for the hearing of objections thereto.

Separate sealed BIDS for the construction of the Marbleton Streets Phase 1 Curb and Gutter Project will be received by the Town of Marbleton, Wyo., at the office of the City Clerk until 5 p.m. local time July 18, 2006, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.

The project consists of the following work: The installation of approximately 82,000 LF of curband gutter along with cross-pans, storm drain piping and other incidental work within the town limits of Marbleton, Wyo.
Copies of the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may be obtained at the office of FORSGREN ASSOCIATES, INC. at the location noted above, upon payment of $50 for each set,non-refundable.
Each BIDDER will be required to submit, with his proposal, a certified check, or bid bond made payable without condition to the Town of Marbleton in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the BIDDER's maximum bid price as guarantee that such BIDDER will enter into a contract within fifteen (15) days after the date of the OWNER's notice of award.
Preference will be given to resident Wyoming Contractors in the amount of five percent (5%) of the low bid in accordance with Wyoming Statute 16-6-101, et. seq.
The Town of Marbleton reserves the right to reject any orall bids or any part of any bid, to waive any formality in any bid, as its best interest may appear.
