RESOLUTION OF INTENT
BE IT RESOLVED BY the Board of Directors of Sublette CountyMosquito Abatement District No. 1 that it intends to order improvements to bepaid for by special assessment, specified as follows:
1. The improvement proposed is to abate mosquito nuisance inSublette County District No. 1
2. The improvement proposed is to extend over the area ofSublette County District No. 1
3. The probable cost per business or residence is $20 asestimated by the Board of Directors, based upon Robert Harrower, licensedprofessional engineer, as per attached estimate;
4. The assessment will be for $9,884.60 and will be assessedon each business or residence within the district;
5. The assessment will be paid at the same time and in thesame manner as Sublette County property taxes for 2006.
6. A resolution authorizing such improvement shall beconsidered on July 20 at 8 at 38 Pine Creek Drive.

The following matters will come before this commission onTUESDAY, JULY 11, 2006, at 9 a.m., or as soon thereafter as the matters may beheard, or between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. on any of the subsequent daysduring which the commission remains in session at the office of the State Oiland Gas Supervisor, 2211 King Boulevard, Casper, Wyoming.
Cause No. 6, Order No. 2 DOCKET NO. 273-2006, brought on theapplication of Shell Rocky Mountain Production, LLC, for an order from theCommission under the rules and regulations of the Underground Injection ControlProgram for an aquifer exemption for the Fort Union Formation in a quarter mileradius of the wellbore of the proposed Jensen No. 2 water disposal well,located in the SE1/4 of Section 11, Township 31 North, Range 109 West, 6thP.M., Pinedale Anticline Field, Sublette County, Wyoming; approval of use ofthe well for disposal of water; and to take whatever other action theCommission deems appropriate.
Cause No. 3, Order No. 1, DOCKET NO. 326-2006, brought onthe application of Ultra Resources, Inc. and Shell Rocky Mountain Production,LLC for an order authorizing increased density of sixteen (16) wells perquarter section for the Lance Formation, as defined in Docket No. 126-2003,underlying all of Sections 2 and 3, and the E1/2 of Section 4, Township 31 North,Range 109 West, 6th P.M., and the SE1/4 of Section 21, the S1/2 of Section 22,all of Sections 27 and 28, the NE1/4 of Section 19, and all of Sections 33, 34and 35, Township 32 North, Range 109 West, 6th P.M. (collectively known as theNorth Pad Concentration Area), and all of Sections 31 and 32, and the SW1/4 ofSection 33, Township 31 North, Range 108 West, 6th P.M., and all of Sections 3,4 and 5, the NE1/4 of Section 6, the N1/2 of Section 8, and all of Sections 9and 10, Township 30 North, Range 108 West, 6th P.M. (collectively known as theSouth Pad Concentration Area), with the authorized wells to be located anywherewithin the quarter section provided that no well be drilled closer than 200feet from the exterior boundary of the lands covered by this application; andno closer than 100 feet from the boundary of any quarter section within thelands covered by this application; and, after notice, authorizing thedirectional drilling of the additional wells; all in the Pinedale AnticlineField area, Sublette County, Wyoming.
Any interested party is entitled to appear at the aforesaidtime and place to be heard by the commission. The applications may be inspectedin the office of the undersigned, 2211 King Boulevard, Casper, Wyoming, or onthe Oil & Gas Commission website at http://wogcc.state.wy.us. If there areany protests, please make such known to the State Oil and Gas Supervisor atleast three (3) working days before the hearing by filing a written objection.

REQUEST FOR BIDS
Hereby take notice that the Pinedale Airport Board, actingon behalf of the Town of Pinedale, is requesting bids for the salvage rightsand removal for all structures, interior fencing and corral fencing from 52Runway Lane (aka Airport Parcel 22), near the Pinedale Airport, SubletteCounty, Wyoming. Bids will be opened on Wednesday, July 12, 2006, at 2 p.m. atthe Pinedale Town Hall. All bids must be on the authorized bid form andreceived at the Pinedale Town Hall no later than 5 p.m on Tuesday, July 11,2006, to be considered. Removal must be completed within a reasonable time asweather and future site preparation permit but in any event not later than Jan.1, 2007.
Within five (5) business days of notice of award, thesuccessful bidder will be required to enter into a written contract with thePinedale Airport Board for the successful reclamation of the concerned parcel22 after salvage and removal of the concerned structures, interior fencing andcorral fencing in a form attached to the specifications. Specifications forthis contract and bid forms are available at the Pinedale Town Hall. Contact or telephone 307-367-4136, townhall, for pick up or mailing of bid package or telephone 307-360-9025, AirportManager Jim Parker, for emailing of bid package and/or to arrange access toinspect the property.
Structures include: two-story home with four bedrooms, fullbath and primary living areas on upper level of frame construction andbedroom/study/full bath suite, utility room, attached double garage withdivision wall on lower level constructed of rock-faced concrete exterior wallsand concrete slab floor with portion below grade, and multiple outbuildings locatedat 52 Runway Lane, about 5 miles SE of Pinedale off Highway 191. Interiorfencing includes pole fencing and corral fencing. Perimeter fencing of the10-acre site will be retained by the airport.
In case of conflict between the terms of this request andthe specifications, the specifications shall control.

Preference will be given to resident Wyoming Contractors inthe amount of five percent (5%) of the low bid in accordance with WyomingStatute 16-6-101, et. seq.
