Application has been made to the Ninth Judicial District Court within and for Sublette County, Wyoming, by Deanna Jean Major and Carol May Tirre, co-trustees of the Rebol Family Trust dated the 17th day ofFebruary, 1982, as the legatees and devisees of the Rebol Family Trust dated the 17th day of February, 1982, for a decree conveying and distributing the following described real property, owned by the decedent at the time of his death, in the manner requested in the application filed here in:
One-third interest in lot fifty-nine (59) and forty-five(45) of Green River Ranch unit B, being a portion of sections two (2) and eleven (11), Township 35 North, Range 111 West, 6th Principal Meridian, Sublette County, Wyoming.
That the 17th day of March, 2006, at 9 o’clock a.m, and the courtroom of said Ninth Judicial District Court in Pinedale, Wyo., has been setas the time and place of hearing said application, when and where any person interested may appear and make such claim or objection as he/she might have.

Request for Comments on Green River Instream Flow Segment No. 1, Permit No. 6IF
The State Engineer issued instream flow Permit No. 6IF on Jan. 7, 1992, for a segment of the upper Green River. This permit has a priority date of January 10, 1989. The permit was granted for the natural flows up to 101 cubic feet per second (cfs) from October 1 through June 30, up to 350 cfs from July 1 through August 31, and up to 314 cfs from September 1 through September 30.
This instream flow segment begins at the east boundary line of the NE? NE?, of Section 11, T.36N., R.111W. and ends 200 feet upstream of the Horsefly Ditch headgate in the NW? NW? of Section 9, T.35N., R.111W. The segment is 9.84 miles in length, just upstream of Warren Bridge on Highway U.S. 191/189 north of Daniel.
The permit was issued with language that requires the State Engineer to review the permit after ten years. The review may result in the permit moving to adjudication; it may be extended for an additional period of time and subject to an additional review; or the permit may be modified.
The State Engineer is inviting affected appropriators to file comments for consideration during this review. Comments should be submitted to the Wyoming State Engineer; Herschler Building, 4E; Cheyenne,Wyo., 82002. Comments will be accepted until April 17, 2006.
