This note is now due and payable in full. Patricia Baca Sterck as holder of the note and as first and second holder of the respective mortgages has elected to declare the entire balances due and payable and to exercise her power to foreclose the mortgages by advertisement and sale as provided in the mortgages and under applicable law.
Therefore, take notice that, pursuant to the above-referenced mortgages and the laws of the State of Wyoming, the mortgages will be foreclosed and the property will be sold at public auction by the Sublette County Sheriff on Friday, May 6, 2005, at the hour of 10 a.m. at the flagpole at the Sublette County Courthouse 21 S. ADVERTISEMENT FOR BID
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Trustees, Sublette County School District No. 1, Pinedale, Wyoming, hereinafter referred to as "Owner," will receive sealed bid proposals for Information Transport Systems (ITS) Upgrades, Pinedale, Wyo.
Work includes but is not limited to: Installation of Voice, Data and/or Video (CATV) cabling for four (4) district buildings. Installing new enclosed racks, pathways (e.g. cable tray), and firestopping devices. Removal of existing communications cabling, pathways and/or cable supports.
BIDS WILL BE RECEIVED UNTIL 2 p.m., Tuesday, May 10, 2005 in the District's Office, Administration Building, P.O. Box 549, 101 East Hennick, Pinedale, Wyo., 82941. Bids should be submitted in a sealed envelope titled "Information Transport Systems (ITS) Upgrades" Bid opening will take place at 2 p.m., Tuesday, May 10, 2005, in the school district board room.
A PRE-BID CONFERENCE WILL BE HELD 10 a.m. TUESDAY, MAY 3, 2005, AT THE ADMINISTATION BUILDING.

OFFICIAL COUNTY COMMISSIONERS PROCEEDINGS
APRIL 19, 2005
The Board of County Commissioners met in regular session in the Commissioner Meeting Room of the Sublette County Courthouse in Pinedale, Wyo., on this date at 9 a.m. with Betty Fear, Bill Cramer, John Linn, Cat Urbigkit of the Sublette Examiner, Anna Gustafson of the Pinedale Roundup, and Mary Lankford, county clerk, present.
Chairman Fear led those present in the Pledge of Allegiance.
The minutes of the preceding regular meeting of April 5, 2005, were approved and ordered filed on motion by Commissioner Cramer and seconded by Commissioner Linn. The motion carried.
The official bonds for Naomi Pape, secretary/treasurer for the Sublette County Recreation Board, in the amount of $5,000; Allen Luckow, secretary/treasurer for the Big Piney-Marbleton Joint Powers Fire Board, in the amount of $20,000; and Robert W. Maxam, secretary/treasurer for the Pinedale Volunteer Fire Department, in the amount of $25,000, were approved and ordered filed with the county treasurer and the county fire board.
Travis Sour, Road and Bridge Superintendent, Bonnie Chambers and Tony Chambers of Chambers Design-Build, discussed the mechanical and electrical consultants for the county shop project. Proposed contracts will be available at the next meeting. Sour reported that culverts had been installed on the Forty Rod Road, that he was reviewing pricing on soil stabilizers, and that a contact is needed for gravel on Dell Creek from the Macks. The crusher is at the Cora pit and the conditional use permit application for the Cottonwood pit will be heard in May.
Tony Chambers, representing Tip Top Search and Rescue, discussed a building for search and rescue. He reviewed a rental proposal, purchasing a building, or doing nothing. The board took no action.
The board reviewed the order assessing damages on the Wagstaff vs. Grindstone Cattle Company road issue. It was moved by Commissioner Linn and seconded by Commissioner Cramer to approve the order. The motion carried. Chairman Fear signed the Order.
Bonnie Chambers, Susan Kramer and Ken Konicek, representing the Sublette Center and Rendezvous Pointe, discussed the bus barn. It was moved by Commissioner Cramer and seconded by Commissioner Linn to authorize the chairman to sign the letter required by WYDOT for the grant application. The motion carried.
It was moved by Commissioner Cramer and seconded by Commissioner Linn to sign the Homeland Security Grant Award Agreement in the amount of $18,750. The motion carried and the chairman signed the grant.
The board accepted the resignation letter from Bob Reese, due to family illness, from the Pinedale Anticline Working Group. The county clerk was directed to inform the BLM and inquire about replacing Reese on the group.
Robyn Clover, representing SAFV, discussed the upcoming TANF grant reduction, the Our Families Our Future program, program salaries and a safe house construction proposal. The construction estimate is $750,000. The board requested more information.
County Attorney Van Graham reported on the PDR suit and its dismissal.
Amy David and Jayne Thompson presented their state science fair winning presentation on dust.
In accordance with the public notice published in the Sublette Examiner on March 24, 2005, public hearing was held for the following:
1. It was moved by Commissioner Cramer and seconded by Commissioner Linn to approve the conditional use permit application by Aaron Gesch to construct a 24x32 single story building to operate a home business with one employee on 37.251 acres, more or less, zoned A-1, being Tract 3, Scout's View Large Tract Development with the condition that the permit expires in ten years and that the county has the right to inspect the contents of the pit. The motion carried.
The board reviewed airport codes.
The board authorized the County Clerk to register Sublette County and sign a statement of support showing support of more than 2,500 young men and women members of the Wyoming National Guard and Reserve Components.
The board scheduled budget meetings for June 7, 8, 9, 21, and 22, 2005.
Commissioner Cramer discussed assessment schedules, increasing taxes, and the failure of House Bill 51.
House Bill 51 would have allowed counties to provide funding for property tax relief. Commissioner Cramer expressed his support for contacting members of the Joint Revenue Committee by local taxpayers and possibly starting a tax reform initiative.
The board directed the county clerk to schedule the fair board for a meeting.
Cat Urbigkit and Lary Lozier discussed the proposal to combine local weed and pest districts with predator boards. The board agreed to provide a letter of support against the combination.
Walt Bousman, Andy McGinnis and Randy Johnson, representing the Sublette County Rural Health Care District, informed the board that there is enough room to locate a new ambulance barn at the Pinedale Medical Clinic. The board requested that the district assure the board that there will be a clinic in Pinedale, before funding the project. The board expressed its opposition to locating a clinic at Daniel.
John Godfrey, chairman of the Sublette County Joint Tourism Promotion Board, discussed the appointment of members to the board and legal issues pertaining to the joint powers agreement. It was moved by Commissioner Cramer and seconded by Commissioner Linn to appoint Greg Ptasnik to the joint tourism promotion board to complete an unexpired term. The motion carried. The board directed the county clerk to forward Godfrey's letter concerning legal issues to the county attorney for response.
