NOTICE OF PROBATE OF WILL
TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN SAID ESTATE:
You are hereby notified that on Nov. 15, 2005, the last will and testament of said decedent was admitted to probate by the above-named courtand that KEITH E. McNINCH, JR. was appointed personal representative thereof on Nov. 15, 2005. Any action to set aside said will must be filed in said court within three months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or thereafter be forever barred.
Notice is further given that all persons indebted to said decedent or to said estate are requested to make immediate payment to KEITH E.McNINCH, JR., c/o Wood Law Office, P.O. Box 130, Pinedale, Wyo., 82941.
Creditors having claims against said decedent or the estate are required to file them in duplicate with the necessary vouchers in the office of the Clerk of the District Court, on or before three (3) months after the date of the first publication of this notice, and if such claims are not sofiled, unless otherwise allowed or paid, they will be forever barred.

Ordinance No. 2005-380
An ordinance of the Town of Pinedale, Wyoming amending section 17.65.060 (H) of Chapter 17.65 of the Pinedale municipal code to modify the minimum width of a townhouse unit lot.
Now, therefore be it hereby ordained by the Town council of the Town of Pinedale, Wyoming, that section 17.65.060 (H) of chapter 17.65 is hereby amended to read as follows:
17.65.060 (H). Each townhouse unit shall be located on an individual lot with a minimum width of twenty-four feet (24') feet and shall contain at least 2,400 square feet.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after passage on three readings and publication according to law.
Passed on first reading on Nov. 14, 2005.
Passed on second reading on Nov. 28, 2005.
Passed, approved and adopted on third reading on ________, 2005.

ORDINANCE 05-381
AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF PINEDALE, WYOMING AMENDING PORTIONS OF SECTION 17.65.060 OF CHAPTER 17.65 OF THE PINEDALE MUNICIPAL CODE TO PROVIDE THAT THE 2003 INTERNATIONAL BUILDING CODE AND 2003 INTERNATIONAL FIRE CODE AND ALL SUPPLEMENTS THERETO APPLY TO SAID PROVISIONS.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY ORDAINED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OFTHE TOWN OF PINEDALE, WYOMING, THAT SUB SECTIONS "B" AND "C" OF SECTION 17.65.060 OF CHAPTER 17.65 OF THE PINEDALE MUNICIPAL CODE ARE HEREBY AMENDEDAND REPLACED TO READ AS FOLLOWS:
17.65.060 Townhouse requirements.
B. All dwelling units must be separated by one or more common fire-resistant walls as required by the 2003 International Building Codeand the 2003 International Fire Code and all supplements thereto, and no dwelling unit shall be constructed above another dwelling unit .C. All utilities and heating must be separate and separately metered for each dwelling unit asrequired by the 2003 International Building Code and the 2003 International Fire Code and all supplements thereto.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after passage on three readings and publication according to law.

ORDINANCE 05-382
AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF PINEDALE, WYOMING AMENDING PORTIONS OF CHAPTER 15.30 OF THE PINEDALE MUNICIPAL CODE TO ADOPT THE 2003 INTERNATIONAL BUILDING CODE AND 2003 INTERNATIONAL FIRE CODE AND ALL SUPPLEMENTS THERETO AS THE STANDARD WITHIN THE TOWN OF PINEDALE.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY ORDAINED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF PINEDALE, WYOMING, THAT THE FOLLOWING PORTIONS OF CHAPTER 15.30 OF THE PINEDALE MUNICIPAL CODE ARE HEREBY AMENDED AND REPLACED TO READ AS FOLLOWS:
Chapter 15.03
INTERNATIONAL BUILDING CODE AND INTERNATIONAL FIRE CODE
15.03.010 Adoption. The 2003 International Building Code and the 2003 International Fire Code and all supplements thereto, except as otherwise provided in this Chapter, are hereby adopted by reference and incorporated as a part of this Section as if fully set forth herein.
15.03.020 Applicability. The provisions of the 2003 International Building Codeand the 2003 International Fire Code and all supplements thereto shall apply as the required standard for all remodeling, renovation and new construction, including site preparation, done within the corporate limits of the Town of Pinedale after the effective date of this ordinance.
15.03.030 Inconsistent Provisions. Any standard of requirement imposed by aspecific ordinance in the Pinedale Municipal Code shall control over an inconsistent provision of the 2003 International Building Code and the 2003 International Fire Code or any supplements thereto.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after passage on three readings and publication according to law.
