The contents of the following storage units will be sold at auction on Wednesday, Nov. 30, 2005, at 2 p.m. The location of the sale is Alsade Storage, 1 Alsade Dr., Marbleton, Wyo. (Highway 189 and 7th Street East). Written rules of the auction will be provided to all bidders. Lessees may redeem their units prior to the auction.

NOTICE OF FINAL PAYMENT
Pursuant to W.S. § 16-6-116, notice is hereby given that Pinedale Airport Board. has accepted the work on the Pinedale Apron Expansion Project, State Project No. PNA-02B and PNA-07X, as substantially completed according to the plans and specifications and rules set forth in the contract and that McGarvin Moberly Construction Company is entitled to final settlement therefore. Upon the 41st day, (Dec. 27, 2005) after the first publication of this notice, that Pinedale Airport Board, under whose direction of supervision the work has been carried out will pay to McGarvin Moberly Construction Company the full amount due under the contract. All persons, firms, or corporations who have any claims for work done or materials furnished on said public work are hereby notified that final payment will be made to McGarvin Moberly Construction Company in accordance with the terms of the contract on Dec. 27, 2005. This section does not relieve McGarvin Moberly Construction Company and the sureties on his bond from any claims of work or labor done or materials or supplies furnished in the execution of the contract.

MAD NO. 2 PROCLAMATION
MOSQUITO ABATEMENT DISTRICT NO. 2 BOARD ELECTION
In accordance with Wyoming statutes 22-29, the board of directors of Mosquito Abatement District No. 2 has directed that there shall be a mail-ballot election for one MAD No. 2 Board of Directors position on the first Tuesday after the third Monday in March (March 21, 2006).
Only members of MAD No. 2 are eligible to run for the board and to vote in the election.
One three (3) year term board position will be open.
Between 90 and 70 days prior to the election (between Dec. 22, 2005, and Jan. 11, 2006), interested parties must file for the positions using a format that substantially conforms to the form set forth in W.S. 22-29-110(b). Copies of that form may also be obtained by contacting the Election Filing Officer (Board Clerk Jim Carbley) at 276-5499, or by writing to the board at P.O. Box 154, Big Piney, Wyo., 83113-0154.
A list of candidates will be published in the newspaper no less than 10 days prior to the election and voters may write in votes.
Between 25 and 15 days prior to the election (between Feb. 26 and March 7, 2006), the election filing officer will mail a mail-ballot packet to each MAD No. 2 member, complete with instructions for completing and returning the ballot.
Ballots must be received by the election filing officer no later than 5 p.m. on Election Day.
Ballots may be mailed to the election filing officer, or dropped off on Election Day at a poling place and time to be laid out in the mail-ballot package.

ORDINANCE NO. 377
AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF PINEDALE, WYOMING, CREATING SECTION 10.24.086 OF THE PINEDALE MUNICIPAL CODE PROHIBITING THE PARKING OF TRUCK-TRACTORS AND CERTAIN TRAILERS IN CERTAIN ZONE AREAS OF THE TOWN OF PINEDALE.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY ORDAINED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF PINEDALE, WYOMING, THAT SECTION 10.24.086 OF THE PINEDALE MUNICIPAL CODE IS HEREBY CREATED TO READ AS FOLLOWS:
10.24.086 Parking of truck-tractors, trailers or semi-trailers prohibited in certain areas. No truck-tractors, trailers or semi-trailers or other like kind vehicles having in excess of six wheels or exceeding eighteen thousand pounds of unladen weight, shall be parked on the streets, alleys, easements or other property of the Town or on private property on any area zoned R-1, R-2, R-4 or MH or parked on the streets, alleys, easements or other property of the Town in any area zoned C-1 or C-2 in excess of two hours. This provision shall not apply to truck-tractors, trailers or semi trailers or other like kind vehicles parked for the purpose of loading or unloading.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after passage on three readings and publication according to law.

TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN SAID ESTATE:
You are hereby notified that on Nov. 15, 2005, the last will and testament of said decedent was admitted to probate by the above-named court and that KEITH E. McNINCH, JR. was appointed personal representative thereof on Nov. 15, 2005. Any action to set aside said will must be filed in said court within three months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or thereafter be forever barred.
Notice is further given that all persons indebted to said decedent or to said estate are requested to make immediate payment to KEITH E. McNINCH, JR., c/o Wood Law Office, P.O. Box 130, Pinedale, Wyo., 82941.
Creditors having claims against said decedent or the estate are required to file them in duplicate with the necessary vouchers in the office of the Clerk of the District Court, on or before three (3) months after the date of the first publication of this notice, and if such claims are not so filed, unless otherwise allowed or paid, they will be forever barred.
