Notice of substantial completion of contract
To all persons, firms, or corporations who have any claim for any work done, or any material furnished to Utah Western Roofing, 2792 South Wood Hollow Way, Bountiful, Utah, 84010 for the Sublette County SchoolDistrict No. 9 - Fine Arts Center re-roof.
You are hereby notified that Sublette County School District No. 9, Big Piney, Wyoming, has accepted substantial completion according to the contract documents and rules set forth in the contract between Sublette County School District No. 9 and the aforesaid contractor of the work in connection with the Sublette County School District No. 9 - Fine Arts Center re-roof, and that said contractor is entitled to final settlement thereof.
You are further notified that upon the 14th day of December, 2005, being the 41st day after the first publication of the notice, said Sublette County School District No. 9 will pay Utah Western Roofing the fullamount due under said contract, and in the event your claim is not filed withS ublette County School District No. 9 prior to said 14th day of December, 2005, same shall be waived.
This notice is given pursuant to Section 16-6116, Wyoming Statutes, 1982.

NOTICE OF FINAL PAYMENT
Notice is hereby given that the Owner:
Upper Green River Cemetery District,
has been advised that the work on
PROJECT: Irrigation Improvements: Pinedale, Boulder, & Mount Olivet Cemeteries is substantially complete according to the plans, specifications and rules set forth in the contract between the owner and the contractor, and that the contractor, Van Gelder Sprinkler & Landscape, Inc.,is entitled to final settlement therefore.
All persons, firms or corporations who have claims for work done or material furnished on such work are hereby notified that final payment will be made to said contractor.
Payment will be made on the 41st day after publication of this notice. The owner will pay the Contractor the full amount due under said contract after Dec. 13, 2005.

BEFORE THE OIL AND GAS
CONSERVATION COMMISSION
OF THE STATE OF WYOMING
The following matters will come before this Commission on TUESDAY, DECEMBER 13, 2005, at 9 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the matters maybe heard, or between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. on any of the subsequent days during which the commission remains in session at the office of the State Oil and Gas Supervisor, 2211 King Boulevard, Casper, Wyoming.
Cause No. 11, Order No. 2, DOCKET NO. 647-2005, brought on the commission's own motion to ask Anschutz Pinedale Corporation to show causeas to why fines and penalties should not be levied for its failure to timely clean pits in violation of chapter 4, section 1(dd); for failing to secure itspits in violation of chapter 4, section 1(bb); for disposing of trash and waste in pits in violation of chapter 4, section 1(aa); for its use of pits for purposes other than for those permitted pursuant to chapter 4, section 1(d)through section (ee); for failing to file sundry notices as required by chapter 3, sections 1 and 10; for failure to provide notice of spudding pursuant to chapter 3, section 22(c); for failure to timely close pits pursuant to chapter 4, sections (ii) and (qq); for failure to provide clear well identification pursuant to chapter 4, section 4(a)(iii); for failure to receive approval to construct and use a reserve pit before construction and use under chapter 3,section 22(b) and chapter 4, section 1(d)(j); for failure to maintain a valid application for permit to drill under chapter 3, section 8(a); and for failure to limit the storage of equipment on the well site to service able equipment inviolation of chapter 4, section 4(a)(ii) for the Gannett 5-16c well located in Section 16, Township 33 North, Range 109 West, 6th P.M., Pinedale AnticlineField, Sublette County, Wyoming.
Cause No. 12, Order No. 1, DOCKET NO. 746-2005, brought on the commission's own motion to consider reduction of the mill levy charge from the current rate of .0002 (2/10) of a mill on the fair market cash value of all oil and gas produced, sold, or transported from the premises in Wyoming to .0001 (1/10) of a mill effective January 1, 2006.
Any interested party is entitled to appear at the aforesaid time and place to be heard by the commission. The applications may be inspected in the office of the undersigned, 2211 King Boulevard, Casper, Wyoming, or on the Oil and Gas Commission website at http://wogcc.state.wy.us. If there are any protests, please make such known to the state Oil and Gas Supervisor at least three (3) working days before the hearing by filing a written objection.

NOTICEOF FINAL PAYMENT
Pursuant to W.S. ¤ 16-6-116, notice is hereby given that Pinedale Airport Board. has accepted the work on the Pinedale Apron Expansion Project, State Project No. PNA-02 Band PNA-07X, as substantially completed according to the plans and specifications and rules set forth in the contract and that McGarvin Moberly Construction Company is entitled to final settlement therefore. Upon the 41st day, (Dec. 27, 2005) after the first publication of this notice, that Pinedale Airport Board, under whose direction of supervision the work has been carried out will pay to McGarvin Moberly Construction Company the full amount due under thecontract. All persons, firms, or corporations who have any claims for work done or materials furnished on said public work are hereby notified that final payment will be made to McGarvin Moberly Construction Company in accordance with the terms of the contract on Dec. 27, 2005. This section does not relieve McGarvin Moberly Construction Company and the sureties on his bond from any claims of work or labor done or materials or supplies furnished in the execution of the contract.
