TAKE NOTICE that the FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF PINEDALE, a National Banking Organization, has filed a complaint against you in the above captioned matter in the District Court, Ninth Judicial District, Sublette County, Wyo., naming you as a defendant. This complaint alleges that you have defaulted under the terms of a certain promissory note executed by you and delivered and payable to the plaintiff, dated May 1, 2004, and in the original face amount of $232,657.10. The complaint asks for judgment in the face amount of said note, plus advances for insurance and taxes, plus accrued interest, reasonable attorney's fees, late charges, accruing taxes and insurance and costs of suit. The complaint further asks that the mortgage given to secure said promissory notes, recorded in the office of the Sublette County Clerk at Book 100 of mortgages, page 476, be foreclosed and a decree be made for the sale of the involved real property according to law, that the proceeds of said sale, after deducting for the cost of sale be applied in payment of the sums due plaintiff under the judgments requested in said complaint. The real property encumbered by said mortgage is described as:
Township 33 North, Range 109 West of the 6th P.M., Sublette County, Wyoming:
Sec. 6: SW1/2NE1/4
TOGETHER WITH all improvements and appurtenances thereunto appertaining,
EXCEPTING that parcel of land described in Warranty Deed to the County of Sublette as recorded in the office of the Clerk of Sublette County, Wyoming in Book 43 of Warranty Deeds, page 339.
TOGETHER WITH all improvements and appurtenances thereunto appertaining.
The complaint further requests a deficiency judgment against you for any amount remaining unpaid after the foreclosure sale of the concerned real property and for such further relief as the court may deem just and equitable.
You are notified that you are required to answer plaintiff's complaint on or before Dec. 5, 2005, by filing the same with the Clerk of this Court; otherwise, said complaint shall be taken as true and judgment shall be rendered against you accordingly.

On Dec. 7, 2005, being the forty-first day after the first publication of this notice, the Town of Pinedale will pay HK Contractors, Inc. all amounts and balances due under said Agreement.

Airport Consulting Services

The Pinedale Airport Board is requesting statements of qualifications and experience from airport consulting firms to provide airport engineering, land acquisition and architectural services at the Pinedale Airport for a period of five (5) years. Projects anticipated for this period include, but are not limited to:
1. Runway and taxiway extension and road realignment
2. Helicopter landing and parking facilities
3. Apron expansion
4. Hangar development
5. Access road and parking area construction
6. Pavement rehabilitation
7. Land acquisition
8. Acquire snow removal equipment (SRE)
9. SRE building construction/expansion
10. Fuel facility improvements and expansion
11. Airport security/safety upgrades
12. Airfield lighting, NAVAIDS and electrical upgrades
13. Various other airport-related improvements that may be directed by the Pinedale Airport Board
Statements of qualifications should contain:
1. A cover letter with the name and phone number of the firm's primary contact person(s) for these services
2. Background of the firm
3. Firm capabilities and current workload
4. Identification of key personnel that will work on these projects, including their qualifications, experience, specific responsibilities and availability
5. A statement of the firms understanding of the project requirements
6. Related project experience
7. References
8. A draft copy of the contract proposed for these consulting services
Statements of qualifications and experience should be limited to 25 pages, exclusive of the draft consulting services contract. Interested firms shall submit six (6) separately bound copies of their statements to the Pinedale Airport Board by 5 p.m. local time, Tuesday, Nov. 15, 2005. Late statements will not be considered. Statements shall be mailed to:

The airport board may select a firm based solely on the statements of qualifications and experience, may request additional information to help with selection or may short list firms for interviews. Interviews, if required, shall be lead by the firm's project manager. Selection shall be made in accordance with FAA advisory circular 150-5100-14C.
The contract issued to the selected firm will be subject to the provisions of executive order 11246 (Affirmative Action to Ensure Equal Employment Opportunity) and to the provisions of the Department of Transportation regulation 49 CFR Part 26 (Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Participation). DBE firms are encouraged to participate.

TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN SAID ESTATE:
You are hereby notified that on Oct. 20, 2005, ELAINE A. BUSSE filed an Application For Decree Establishing Right And Title To Real Property requesting that the court enter a decree setting over certain real property from ROBERT LOUIS BUSSE a/k/a ROBERT L. BUSSE to ELAINE A. BUSSE.
In said application ELAINE A. BUSSE alleges:
1. That the decedent, ROBERT LOUIS BUSSE a/k/a ROBERT L. BUSSE, died on Nov. 28, 1995, in Grand County, State of Colorado, leaving real property owned in his name in Sublette County, Wyoming; that ELAINE A. BUSSE is the successor trustee of THE BUSSE FAMILY TRUST, established May 4, 1990.
2. That thirty (30) days have elapsed since the death of the decedent.
3. That the entire estate of the decedent, both real and personal, did not exceed One Hundred Fifty Thousand and NO/100 ($150,000.00) Dollars.
4. That no application for appointment of a personal representative for the estate of the decedent is now pending or has been granted in any jurisdiction.
5. That the decedent owned certain real property in Sublette County, Wyoming, to-wit:
An undivided 1/4 interests underlying or appurtenant to the real property described as:
Lot twenty (20), block two (2) of the Barger Subdivision, First Filing, Sublette County, Wyoming
The value of this property is less than One Hundred Fifty Thousand and NO/100 ($150,000.00) Dollars.
6. That ELAINE A. BUSSE, successor trustee of THE BUSSE FAMILY TRUST, established May 4, 1990, is entitled to have said real property set over to her due to the terms of decedent's will.
7. That there are no other distributees or heirs of the decedent having any right to succeed to said real property under probate proceedings.
Anyone having an objection to said application should file it with the Clerk of District Court, Sublette County, Wyoming prior to Nov. 4, 2005.
