TAKE NOTICE that the FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF PINEDALE, aNational Banking Organization, has filed a complaint against you in the abovecaptioned matter in the District Court, Ninth Judicial District, SubletteCounty, Wyo., naming you as a defendant. This complaint alleges that you have defaulted under the terms of acertain promissory note executed by you and delivered and payable to theplaintiff, dated May 1, 2004, and in the original face amount of $232,657.10.The complaint asks for judgment in the face amount of said note, plus advancesfor insurance and taxes, plus accrued interest, reasonable attorney's fees,late charges, accruing taxes and insurance and costs of suit. The complaint further asks that themortgage given to secure said promissory notes, recorded in the office of theSublette County Clerk at Book 100 of mortgages, page 476, be foreclosed and adecree be made for the sale of the involved real property according to law,that the proceeds of said sale, after deducting for the cost of sale be appliedin payment of the sums due plaintiff under the judgments requested in saidcomplaint. TOWN OF PINEDALE )
The town council of the Town of Pinedale met in regularsession Monday, Sept. 26, 2005 at 5:30 p.m. in the town hall. Those present: Barbara Boyce, NyllaKunard, Gary Heuck, Miriam Carlson, Rose Skinner. Also present: Isabel Ruckerrepresenting the Sublette Examiner; Noah Brenner representing the PinedaleRoundup; Aaron Seehafer representing Rio Verde Engineering; Ron Brownrepresenting the public works department and Laurie Latta, mayor's assistant.
The meeting was called to order. Motion by Carlson toapprove the minutes of the Sept. 12, 2005 meeting. Kunard seconded themotion. Motion carried unanimously
A report by Julie Early, animal control officer, wasdistributed for the previous month's activities in animal control.
Mayor Skinner reported that the county socio-economicrepresentative Jeff Jacquet is sharing office space with Julie Early.
Ron Brown, representing the public works department,reported the activities of the public works department including an update onthe town shop, the sewer lagoon project and the water and sewer projects onSublette, A, B and Fremont streets. Councilman Heuck voiced his interest ingetting the roof on and doors attached on the town shop before winter setsin. Mayor Skinner will present theissue to the town attorney to see if it is possible to get the building closedin before winter. Concerns were voiced by Ron Brown about the roof on the townshop. Mayor Skinner directed Brown to talk to the bonding company, the townattorney and JFC.
There were no airport projects discussed.
Ordinance No. 376 for the trash haul franchise was presentedfor first reading. Questions were raised about the rates that were not listedon the ordinance. Kunard moved to table ordinance No. 376 until the nextmeeting when more information could be given. Carlson seconded the motion.Motion carried unanimously.
Cyd Goodrich, owner of Cozy Cabins, will pay for one-half ofthe cost of the valley pans on Hoback Street. Heuck moved to pay one-half ofthe cost of the valley pans on Hoback Street for $3150. Boyce seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.
Mayor's Assistant Laurie Latta presented information on aninvitation from the county to attend the National Association of Counties'Western Community Stewardship Forum, which will be held in Jackson, Wyo., Oct.2 - 5, 2005. There is no charge toattend the program, which addresses the issues of impacted counties andcommunities. The council asked Latta to attend.
Latta also presented information on a water conference,which will be held in Cody, Wyo., Oct. 13 - 15, 2005. The council agreed that Latta should attend the conference.
Mayor Rose Skinner announced that she will attend the annualWyoming Forum in Casper, Wyo., Nov. 17 and 18, 2005, which will focus on issuesrelevant to infrastructure issues in impacted Wyoming communities. Sheencouraged the council to attend the program with her if possible.
Mayor's Assistant Latta presented an update on thetri-community planning grant, which will be presented to the Sublette CountyCommissioners t their Sept. 30, 2005, meeting for funding consideration.
Concerns were cited regarding half streets being created inPinedale. Councilman Heuck movedthat the Town of Pinedale no longer accept half streets within the town limits.Carlson seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.
Councilwoman Boyce stated that she had been approached by aresident of Shelter Park who said that there are a number of trailers andcampers who are hooked to city sewer. It was noted that it appears that the problem is city-wide and involvesboth water and sewer in many areas. Mayor Skinner said that the sheriff'sdepartment should ascertain if the camper/trailer is hooked up and if so, thetown attorney will address the issue. It was noted that fines should be levied.

Boyce moved to pay the bills. Heuck seconded themotion. Motion carried.
The bridge contour over the Lee Ditch was discussed as towhether the alignment should be for 30-40 mph. Heuck moved to have thealignment be built to accommodate 40 mph but post the speed at the lower limit.Boyce seconded the motion. Motion carried.
Plans for the proposed new BLM building were shared with thecouncil. It was agreed by the council that the site plan could receive fillprior to coming before the Planning and Zoning Board at their Novembermeeting.
Aaron Seehafer presented an update on the water and sewerproject. Wilson Brothers won't be able to meet the Oct. 15th extension deadlineand want to finish next year by an anticipated date of July 1, 2006. They willpay for mobilization to finish the project next year. Mayor Skinner asked fordocumentation from Seehafer to guarantee that the company will pay the cost ofmobilization and that their plan for next year is specifically enumerated. Additionally, Seehafer reported that HKhad put a second coat on streets requested for a second coating and some repairwas done. Seehafer was questionedabout when the lift station will be put in. He indicated that perhaps this fall that project that willbe housed in a building will be completed.
Heuck moved to adjourn the meeting. Boyce seconded themotion. Motion carriedunanimously.
Meeting adjourned at 7:00 p.m.
