TAKE NOTICE that the FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF PINEDALE, a national banking organization, has filed a complaint against you in the above-captioned matter in the District Court, Ninth Judicial District, Sublette County, Wyoming, naming you as a defendant. This complaint alleges that you have defaulted under the terms of a certain promissory note executed by you and delivered and payable to the plaintiff, dated May 1, 2004, and in the original face amount of $232,657.10. The complaint asks for judgment in the face amount of said note, plus advances for insurance and taxes, plus accrued interest, reasonable attorney's fees, late charges, accruing taxes and insurance and costs of suit. The complaint further asks that the mortgage given to secure said promissory notes, recorded in the office of the Sublette County Clerk at Book 100 of Mortgages, Page 476, be foreclosed and a decree be made for the sale of the involved real property according to law, that the proceeds of said sale, after deducting for the cost of sale be applied in payment of the sums due plaintiff under the judgments requested in said complaint. The real property encumbered by said mortgages is described as:

TOGETHER WITH all improvements and appurtenances thereunto appertaining,
EXCEPTING that parcel of land described in Warranty Deed to the County of Sublette as recorded in the office of the Clerk of Sublette County, Wyoming in Book 43 of Warranty Deeds, page 339.
TOGETHER WITH all improvements and appurtenances thereunto appertaining.
The complaint further requests a deficiency judgment against you for any amount remaining unpaid after the foreclosure sale of the concerned real property and for such further relief as the court may deem just and equitable.
You are notified that you are required to answer plaintiff's complaint on or before Oct. 25, 2005, by filing the same with the clerk of this court; otherwise, said complaint shall be taken as true and judgment shall be rendered against you accordingly.

Under and by virtue of a judgment and decree of foreclosure issued out of the District Court of the Ninth Judicial District in and for Sublette County, State of Wyoming, on 2nd of September, 2005, in the above entitled action, wherein Patricia Baca Sterck obtained judgment for all amounts due and owing her under certain mortgages in the recited amounts of $580,000.00 plus interest of $38,931.51, costs of foreclosure in the amount of $1,211.01 plus continuing costs and interest, and attorney's fees against Defendant, Douglas Franklin Sterck, I am commanded to sell the following parcel of property, to-wit:

CALL FOR BIDS
The Town of Pinedale will be accepted sealed bids for providing fuel supplies to the town. Bids are requested on the following:
1. Unleaded gasoline
2. Regular gasoline
3. Diesel fuel
a. A mixture of 60 percent No. 2 and 40 percent No. 1 during winter
b. 100 percent No. 2 during summer
4. Propane
Bids are to be in accordance with terms and conditions contained in the INFORMATION FOR BIDDERS and the proposed FUEL PURCHASE AGREEMENT, which are available from the Pinedale Town Hall, 210 West Pine Street, during regular business hours.
Bids must be received at the town hall no later than 4 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 10, 2005, at which time they till be opened and read aloud. Bids will be awarded at the regular council meeting at 6:30 p.m. on that day. Bids submitted by mail should be enclosed in a second envelope.
The Town of Pinedale reserves the right to waive minor defects or irregularities in the bidding or to reject all bids.

ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Groathouse Construction Inc., and Sublette County School District No. 1 request supplier and pre-qualified subcontrator bids for work on the new transportation facility for Sublette County School District No. 1, Pinedale, Wyo.
Bids will be accepted for Bid Package 2A.1 Roadway and Pad Development on Sept. 27, 2005.
All other bid packages will be accepted on Oct. 18, 2005.
Bids may be faxed to 307-367-4626 until 2 p.m. on the date of the bid. Sealed bids will be accepted at Sublette County School District No. 1 office, 101 East Hennick, Pinedale, Wyo, 82941, until 3 p.m. on the date of the bid, at which time bids will opened and read aloud.
Five-percent preference is hereby given to subcontractors, supplies, equipment, machinery and provisions produced, manufactured, supplied or grown in Wyoming, quality being equal to articles offered by competitors outside the state as provided in WS 16-6-101 through 16-6-107.
All prospective subcontractors must be pre-qualified.
Mechanical and electrical bidders must provide 5 percent bid bond. Successful mechanical and electrical bidders will be required to provide 100 percent payment and performance bonds. Site visits may be arranged by contacting Jim Mackey at 307-745-4119.

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR DECREE OF DISTRIBUTION
Take notice that on September 15th, 2005, an application for decree of distribution of real property of Elden E . Krauss, deceased, was filed in the District Court of Sublette County, Wyoming, Ninth Judicial District, Probate No. 2005-1959.
Decedent died August 6, 2005, owning an interest in real property described as: a part of lot 46 of the Tyler Subdivision, Sublette County, Wyoming, adjacent to tract 43 of the Tyler Subdivision described as follows: a triangular portion of tract 46 of the Tyler Subdivision, bounded on the east by the west line of tract 43; on the west by the west line of the Tyler Subdivision; and on the north by a continuation of the north line of said tract 43.
The court shall consider the application on the 3rd day of October, 2005, at 10 a.m. and if it appears the facts in the application are not in dispute, the court shall enter a decree of distribution as prayed for in said application.

Cause No. 11, Order No. 1, DOCKET NO. 647-2005, brought on the commission's own motion to ask Anschutz Pinedale Corporation to show cause as to why fines and penalties should not be levied for its failure to timely clean pits in violation of chapter 4, section 1(dd); for failing to secure its pits in violation of chapter 4, section 1(bb); for disposing of trash and waste in pits in violation of chapter 4, section 1(aa); for its use of pits for purposes other than for those permitted pursuant to chapter 4, section 1(d) through section (ee); for failing to file sundry notices as required by chapter 3, sections 1 and 10; for failure to provide notice of spudding pursuant to chapter 3, section 22(c); for failure to timely close pits pursuant to chapter 4, sections (ii) and (qq); for failure to provide clear well identification pursuant to chapter 4, section 4(a)(iii); for failure to receive approval to construct and use a reserve pit before construction and use under chapter 3, section 22(b) and chapter 4, section 1(d)(j); for failure to maintain a valid application for permit to drill under chapter 3, section 8(a); and for failure to limit the storage of equipment on the well site to serviceable equipment in violation of chapter 4, section 4(a)(ii) for the Gannett 5-16c well located in Section 16, Township 33 North, Range 109 West, 6th P.M., Pinedale Anticline Field, Sublette County, Wyoming.
