TAKE NOTICE that the FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF PINEDALE, aNational Banking Organization, has filed a complaint against you in the abovecaptioned matter in the District Court, Ninth Judicial District, SubletteCounty, Wyo., naming you as defendant. This complaint alleges that you havedefaulted under the terms of a certain promissory note executed by you anddelivered and payable to the plaintiff on June 11, 2000 in the original faceamount of $10,000.
The complaint asks for judgment in the outstanding amount ofsaid note, $7,395.59, plus accrued interest of $3,664.04 as of July 15, 2005,continuing accruing interest after July 15, 2005, reasonable attorneyÕs fees,late charges and costs of suit.
You are notified that you are required to answer plaintiffÕscomplaint on or before October 3, 2005, by filing the same with the clerk ofthis court; otherwise, said complaint shall be taken as true and judgment shallbe rendered against you accordingly.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Pinedale Airport Board invites all interested parties toreview the draft environmental assessment for the proposed runway extension toPinedale Airport-Ralph Wenz Field. Pursuant to Section 509 (b)(6) of the 1982Airport Act as amended, notice is hereby given that the Pinedale Airport Boardintends to consider further development of the Pinedale Airport-Ralph WenzField. Proposed development includes extension of the runway. An environmentalassessment (EA) of the economic, social and environmental impacts to the Townof Pinedale, the Pinedale Airport-Ralph Wenz Field, and surrounding areas ofSublette County, has been prepared. Copies of the environmental assessment areavailable until Sep. 26, 2005, forpublic examination at the Pinedale Town Hall, Sublette County Courthouse andthe Sublette County Library.
A public hearing on the environmental assessment will beheld on Wednesday, Sept. 7, 2005, at 7 p.m. at the Rendezvous Pointe, 425 EastMagnolia, Pinedale, Wyo., and all interested parties are invited to attend.Written comments concerning the environmental assessment should be addressed tothe Pinedale Airport Board, c/o James Gores and Associates, 450 South FederalBlvd. Suite C, Riverton, Wyo., 82501. Written comments will be accepted until 5p.m., Sept. 26, 2005.

A public hearing will be held on Monday, 12 Sept. 2005 at 7p.m. at the Town Hall of the Town of Marbleton in accordance with WyomingStatutes, 2005, as amended, Section 15-1-405. This notice includes a copy ofthe ÒProposed Annexation ReportÓ required by Section 15-1-402 (c) as follows:
PROPOSED ANNEXATION REPORT
EIDEN ANNEXATION TO THE TOWN OF MARBLETON
In accordance with Wyoming Statutes, 2005, as amended,Section 15-1-402 (c), the following may be reported:
(i) A map of the area proposed to be annexed is attached.

(ii) The total estimated cost of the infrastructureimprovements required of all landowners by the annexing municipality related tothe Annexation.

(iii) A list of basic and other services customarilyavailable to residents of the Town and a timetable when these services willreasonably be available to the area proposed to be annexed.

(iv) A project annual fee or service cost for servicesdescribed in paragraph (iii) of this subsection.
