TAKE NOTICE that the FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF PINEDALE, aNational Banking Organization, has filed a complaint against you in the abovecaptioned matter in the District Court, Ninth Judicial District, SubletteCounty, Wyo., naming you as defendant. This complaint alleges that you havedefaulted under the terms of a certain promissory note executed by you anddelivered and payable to the plaintiff on June 11, 2000 in the original faceamount of $10,000.
The complaint asks for judgment in the outstanding amount ofsaid note, $7,395.59, plus accrued interest of $3,664.04 as of July 15, 2005,continuing accruing interest after July 15, 2005, reasonable attorneyÕs fees,late charges and costs of suit.
You are notified that you are required to answer plaintiffÕscomplaint on or before October 3, 2005, by filing the same with the clerk ofthis court; otherwise, said complaint shall be taken as true and judgment shallbe rendered against you accordingly.

The following matters will come before this commission onTuesday, Sept. 13, 2005, at 9 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the matters may beheard, or between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. on any of the subsequent daysduring which the commission remains in session at the office of the State Oiland Gas Supervisor, 2211 King Boulevard, Casper, Wyo.
Cause No. 1, Order No. 2, DOCKET NO. 453-2005, brought onthe application of EOG Resources, Inc. for an order establishing an approximate80-acre wellbore ÒborderÓ drilling and spacing unit for production of oil, gasand associated hydrocarbons from the Frontier Formation underlying the SW1/4 ofLot 2, the NW1/4 of Lot 7, the NE1/4 of Lot 6 and the SE1/4 of Lot 3, all inSection 4, Township 26 North, Range 113 West, 6th P.M., South Hogsback Field,Lincoln and Sublette counties, Wyoming.
Any interested party is entitled to appear at the aforesaidtime and place to be heard by the Commission. The applications may be inspectedin the office of the undersigned, 2211 King Boulevard, Casper, Wyo., or on theOil & Gas Commission website at http://wogcc.state.wy.us. If there are anyprotests, please make such known to the State Oil and Gas Supervisor at leastthree (3) working days before the hearing by filing a written objection.
