INVITATION FOR BIDS
SUBLETTE AVENUE VALLEY PAN
PROJECT for the TOWN OF PINEDALE
Sealed bids are requested for work described in the project manual for the Sublette Avenue Valley Pass Project for the Town of Pinedale, dated July 6, 2005, prepared by Rio Verde Engineering, 201 West Pine Street, P.O. Box 642, Pinedale, Wyo., 82941.
Bids will be received by the Town of Pinedale at 210 W. Pine Street, P.O. Box 709, Pinedale, Wyo., 82941 until 2 p.m. local time on July 21, 2005, at which time said bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
The work consists of 1,000 CY of unclassified excavation, 9,047 feet of three FT valley pan, 2,085 feet of six FT valley pan, 5,206 SF of six-inch concrete and crushed base.
A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be conducted at 10 a.m. local time on July 15, 2005, at which time an on-site inspection of the proposed work will be conducted and special considerations will be discussed. The meeting will be held at the Pinedale Town Hall. All prospective bidders must attend this meeting.
Copies of the project manual and the design drawings specifying the work to be performed may be obtained from Rio Verde Engineering. Copies are available for examination at Rio Verde Engineering.
Bidders shall be required to accompany each bid with a bid bond with sufficient surety, or a certified check, cashier's check or bank draft upon some reputable bank payable to the Town of Pinedale for at least 10 percent of the total amount of the bid. The bond, check or bank draft shall be forfeited as liquidated damages if the bidder, upon the letting of the contract to him, fails to enter into the contract within seven days after it is presented to him for that purpose or fails to proceed with the performance of the contract. The bid bond, draft or check shall be retained by the Town of Pinedale until proper bond to secure performance of the contract has been filed and approved. All the above is to be in accordance with 15-1-112, Wyoming Statutes, 1977, July 1980 Supplement.
The right is reserved by the Town of Pinedale to reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularity or informality in the bidding. Bids may not be withdrawn for 30 days after the date of opening.

NOTICE FOR APPLICATION FOR
TRANSFER OF RETAIL LIQUOR LICENSE
Notice is hereby given on the 7th day of July 2005, Estate of Frank Fear dba Marbleton Inn Restaurant filed an application for transfer of a retail liquor license for Marbleton Inn Restaurant dba Donald and Linda Forney in the office of the town Clerk of Marbleton, Wyoming for the following described place and premises: lots 13-16 in block 17 of the original townsite of Marbleton, Wyoming. Protests, if any there be, against the issuance transfer of the license will be heard on Aug. 8, 2005 at 3 p.m. at the clerk's office in the Marbleton town hall.

Cramer were appointed personal representatives thereof. Any action to set aside the will shall be filed in the court within three months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or thereafter be forever barred.

FOX WILLOW PARK I, II, & III, THE MEADOWS, AND COUNTRY CLUB MEADOWS SUBDIVISIONS STREET SURFACING 2005
Sealed bids are requested for work described in the project manual for the Fox Willow Park I, II, & III, the Meadows, and Country Club Meadows Subdivisions Street Surfacing 2005 for Redstone Corporation, dated July 13, 2005, prepared by Rio Verde Engineering, 201 West Pine Street, P. O. Box 642, Pinedale, Wyoming 82941, (307)367-2826.
Bids will be received by Rio Verde Engineering, until 2 p.m., local time on Aug. 4, 2005, at which time said bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
The work consists of chip sealing 11,680 SY of streets using MC70 prime coat and MC-800 seal coat, 11,300 SY of steets using MC-800 seal coat and associated work.
Copies of the project manual and the design drawings specifying the work to be performed may be obtained from Rio Verde Engineering.
Bidders shall be required to accompany each bid with a bid bond with sufficient surety, or a certified check, cashier's check or bank draft upon some reputable bank payable to the Redstone Corporation for at least ten (10) percent of the total amount of the bid. NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR DECREE OF DISTRIBUTION
TAKE NOTICE that on July 15, 2005, an Application for Decree of Distribution of real property of LYLE K. STEGEN, deceased, was filed in the District Court of Sublette County, Wyo., Ninth Judicial District, Probate No. 2005-1953. Decedent died Feb. 3, 2004, owning an interest in real property described as the Lot 12 of the Wild Horse Ranch Subdivision, Sublette County, Wyo.
The court shall consider the application on the July 29, 2005, at 10 a.m., and if it appears the facts in the application are not in dispute, the court shall enter a decree of distribution as prayed for in said application.

Cause No. 3, Order No. 1, DOCKET NO. 509-2005, brought on the application of Rocky Mountain Production, LLC for an order authorizing the drilling of as many as seven (7) additional wells to test and produce from the Lance Pool, as defined in Docket No. 136-2003, each such well proposed to be an increase in the density of wells permitted and provided by the Commission's Rules, Chapter 3, Section 2, from one well per quarter-quarter section, each such well to be located at the producing interval within the Lance Pool, anywhere on the affected quarter-quarter section, not closer than 200 feet to the exterior boundary of the quarter-quarter section, and not closer than 330 feet to the producing interval within the Lance Pool of any other well drilled to and producing from such Lance Pool, and to authorize unrestricted production from each such well from any portion of the Lance Pool, within the NW1/4, NE1/4, N1/2 SE1/4, NE1/4 SW1/4 of Section 29, Township 32 North, Range 109 West, 6th P.M., Pinedale Anticline Field, Sublette County, Wyo.
Cause No. 3, Order No. 1, DOCKET NO. 514-2005, brought on the application of Ultra Resources, Inc. for an order authorizing an exception location for the Warbonnet 6-10D, to be located at surface 628 feet FNL and 2080 feet FWL and bottomhole at 2578 feet FNL and 1513 feet FWL, in the NE1/4 NW1/4 of Section 10, Township 30 North, Range 108 West, 6th P.M., Sublette County, Wyo.
Any interested party is entitled to appear at the aforesaid time and place to be heard by the commission. The applications may be inspected in the office of the undersigned, 2211 King Boulevard, Casper, Wyo., or on the Oil & Gas Commission website at http://wogcc.state.wy.us.
