RESOLUTION OF INTENT
Be it resolved by the Board of Directors of the BOULDER MOSQUITO IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT that it intends to order improvements to be paid for by special assessment, specified as follows:
The improvement proposed is to abate mosquito nuisance in Boulder Mosquito District.
The improvement proposed is to extend over the area of Boulder Mosquito District.
The probate cost will be $25 per landowner plus $2 per acre as estimated by the Board of Directors based on actual expenses in previous years.
The assessment will be for $9,291 and will be assessed on each residence within the district.
The assessment will be paid at the same time and in the same manner as Sublette County property taxes for 2006.
A resolution authorizing such improvement shall be considered at 8 p.m. on July 18 at the Boulder Community Center.

FREE STUDENT DESKS
Sublette County School District No. 9, Big Piney, Wyoming, will make available free student desks on July 12, 2005 at 9:00 a.m. Small student desks will be available outside both the Big Piney and LaBarge Elementary schools and medium-sized student desks will be available outside the Big Piney Middle School. Any interested parties will be solely responsible for loading and removing desks from district property. The desks will be given away "as is" and on a "first-come, first-served" basis until gone.

The school lunch budget is used for the school lunch program to track the revenues and expenditures related to the school lunch program. The additional expenditures were covered by reducing the cash balance.
The special revenue fund is used for federal and state grants. Each grant must be expended according to the grant agreement. The additional expenditures were covered by cash held for several grants.
The full day kindergarten fund is new this year and was established as a separate fund according to state guidelines. The revenues were unanticipated.
The health insurance fund is used to record health insurance claim costs for district employees covered under the plan. The expenditures were covered with additional revenues.
The rental properties fund is new this year and was established as a separate fund to account for the revenues and expenditures associated the rental properties owned by the school district. The revenues were unanticipated.
The construction retainage fund was established as a separate fund to account for the retainage held according to construction contracts. Additional revenues were received from change orders to the contract. The revenues were unanticipated.
The proposed amendments are necessary for the district to be in compliance with provisions of the Uniform Municipal Fiscal Procedures Act and other Wyoming statutes involving school budgets and expenditures. The amendments do not involve the levying of additional taxes, the collection of additional taxes or changes in the use of the funds for any purpose other than originally intended by the board of trustees.

INVITATION FOR BIDS
SUBLETTE AVENUE VALLEY PAN
PROJECT
for the
TOWN OF PINEDALE
Sealed bids are requested for work described in the project manual for the Sublette Avenue Valley Pass Project for the Town of Pinedale, dated July 6, 2005, prepared by Rio Verde Engineering, 201 West Pine Street, P.O. Box 642, Pinedale, Wyo., 82941.
Bids will be received by the Town of Pinedale at 210 W. Pine Street, P.O. Box 709, Pinedale, Wyo., 82941 until 2 p.m. local time on July 21, 2005, at which time said bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
The work consists of 1000 CY of unclassified excavation, 9047 feet of three FT valley pan, 2085 feet of six FT valley pan, 5206 SF of six-inch concrete and crushed base.
A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be conducted at 10 a.m. local time on July 15, 2005, at which time an on-site inspection of the proposed work will be conducted and special considerations will be discussed. The meeting will be held at the Pinedale Town Hall. All prospective bidders must attend this meeting.
Copies of the project manual and the design drawings specifying the work to be performed may be obtained from Rio Verde Engineering. Copies are available for examination at Rio Verde Engineering.
Bidders shall be required to accompany each bid with a bid bond with sufficient surety, or a certified check, cashier's check or bank draft upon some reputable bank payable to the Town of Pinedale for at least 10 percent of the total amount of the bid. The bond, check or bank draft shall be forfeited as liquidated damages, if the bidder, upon the letting of the contract to him, fails to enter into the contract within seven days after it is presented to him for that purpose or fails to proceed with the performance of the contract. The bid bond, draft or check shall be retained by the Town of Pinedale until proper bond to secure performance of the contract has been filed and approved. All the above is to be in accordance with 15-1-112, Wyoming Statutes, 1977, July 1980 Supplement.
The right is reserved by the Town of Pinedale to reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularity or informality in the bidding. Bids may not be withdrawn for 30 days after the date of opening.

PUBLIC NOTICE OF INTENT TO
SUBDIVIDE
Susie Sulenta, as trustee of the Sulenta Grandchildrens' Trust, dated December 23, 1993, will file an application with the Sublette County Planning and Zoning Commission to subdivide 25.83 acres, zoned 1-L, located in the S/2 NW/2 and SW/4 NE/4 of Section 25, T.33N., R.109W., sixth PM, Sublette County, Wyoming. Said land is located five miles south of Pinedale adjacent to the Pinedale Airport, on the southwesterly side of U.S. Highway 191, between the airport buildings and Runway Lane.

PUBLIC NOTICE
The Sublette County Planning & Zoning Commission will meet on Thursday, July 21, 2005, at 7 p.m. in the Sublette County Courthouse, Pinedale, Wyo. At this time, a public hearing will be held to consider the following applications:
AGENDA
1. Conditional use application by Juanita Bertoncelj to operate a bed and breakfast on 1.028 acres, more or less, zoned R-R (Rural Residential). Features of the bed and breakfast will be vacation packages involving special amenities, sightseeing, housing for patrons participating in hunting, snowmobiling, skiing, etc. and healing retreats seminars. Said property is located north of the right-of-way of U.S. Highway 191 about .4 mile easterly from the Cora Y, being Lot 20, Tyler II Subdivision, T34N, R110W, Section 27.
2. Conditional use application by Jonah Gas Gathering to construct, operate, place, maintain and modify a compressor station to be used in conjunction with the gathering and moving of natural gas via pipeline on 9.822 acres zoned A-1 (Agricultural). The site will include but not be limited to: 57'6" x 216' compressor building, 30' x 30' inst. air building, 30' x 90' warehouse/control/office building, 50' x 40' generator building and a 22' x 60' process building. Said property is located on the west side of North Anticline Road approximately .75 mile northwesterly along said road from its intersection with Paradise CR 23-136, being part of Section 2, T31N, R109W.

NOTICE OF HEARING ON DECLARED WEEDS
Notice is hereby given that a public hearing on water hemlock (Cicuta spp.) and Field Scabious (Knautia arvensis.) to be the declared weeds will be held at the Sublette Coutny Weed and Pest Office, 12 South Bench Road, Pinedale, Wyo., 82941 at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, the 20th of July 2005. Any and all persons interested may appear and be heard regarding the declared weeds at that time.

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing on the proposed budget of the Sublette County Weed and Pest Control District for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2006, which is now being considered by the board, will be held at the Weed & Pest Office, 12 South Bench Road, Pinedale, Wyoming at 8 p.m., Wednesday, the 20th of July 2005. INVITATION TO BID
The TOWN OF MARBLETON will be accepting sealed bids for a V-8 or V-10 gas 4-wheel drive extended cab flat bed, with an automatic transmission, cruise control, premium interior and an engine block heater including an 8,000 to 12,000 winch with gins poles.
All sealed bids must be received by 5 p.m. August 8, 2005.
