LEGAL NOTICE
TO: LYLE THOMAS STEPHENS, JR. and KAROLYN J. STEPHENS, 10489 Sonoran Vista Trail, Tucson, Ariz., 85749.
TAKE NOTICE that the FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF PINEDALE, a national banking organization, has filed a complaint against you in the above-captioned matter in the District Court, Ninth Judicial District, Sublette County, Wyo., naming each of you as defendants. This complaint alleges that you have defaulted under the terms of two certain promissory notes executed by each of you and delivered and payable to the plaintiff, dated Aug. 15, 2003, and Feb. 23, 2004, and in the original face amounts of $162,000 and $10,025 respectively.
The complaint asks for judgment in the face amount of said notes, $172,025, plus accrued interest, reasonable attorney’s fees, late charges, accrued taxes and costs of suit. The complaint further asks that two mortgages given to secure said promissory notes, dated Aug. 15, 2003, and Feb. 23, 2004, and recorded in the office of the Sublette County Clerk at Book 104 of Mortgages, Page 766, and Book 110 of Mortgages, Page 53, respectively, be foreclosed and a decree be made for the sale of the involved real property according to law, that the proceeds of said sale, after deducting for the cost of sale be applied in payment of the sums due plaintiff under the judgments requested in said complaint. The real property encumbered by said mortgages is described as:
Lot Eight (8) of the Redstone Seventh Addition to the Town of Pinedale, Sublette County, Wyo., as the same appears on the official map or plat thereof filed for record in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds for Sublette County, Wyo.;
TOGETHER WITH all improvements and appurtenances thereunto appertaining.
The complaint further requests a deficiency judgment against you for any amount remaining unpaid after the foreclosure sale of the concerned real property and for such further relief as the court may deem just and equitable.
You are notified that you are required to answer plaintiff’s complaint on or before July 18, 2005, by filing the same with the Clerk of this Court; otherwise, said complaint shall be taken as true and judgment shall be rendered against you accordingly.

PUBLIC NOTICE
The Sublette County Planning & Zoning Commission will meet on Thursday, July 21, 2005, at 7 p.m. in the Sublette County Courthouse, Pinedale, Wyo. At this time, a public hearing will be held to consider the following applications:
AGENDA
1. Zoning reversal on property owned by Donna Steele on 7.1 acres, more or less, now zoned R-R (Rural Residential). When reversed, the property will become A-1 (Agricultural). The property is located in the East 1/2 of Section 16, T32N, R108W. It is on the west side of Front Street in Boulder. The reversal of zoning is at the owner’s request.
2. Potential reversal of zoning on property owned by Scott Leeper on 97 acres, more or less, now zoned R-R 10 (Rural Residential Ten Acre Minimum). If reversed, the property will become A-1 (Agricultural). The property is within Section 33, T38N, R113W. The site is on the east side of U.S. Hwy 191/189 in the Bondurant area.
3. Zone change request by Gordon W. and Beth A. Bray to rezone 2 acres, more or less, from A-1 (Agricultural) to R-R (Rural Residential) district. The property is located west of Big Piney adjacent to on the north side of State Highway 350, within Section 35, T30N, R112W. The site is approximately 2.3 miles westerly along Highway 350 from its intersection with U.S. Highway 189 and approximately 1/4 mile from the Big Piney Town limits. The purpose of the zone change is to create a home site for a single-family residence.
4. Zone change request by Tom Burns to rezone 27.7 acres, more or less, from A-1 (Agricultural) to R-R 10 (Rural Residential Ten Acre Minimum) district. The property is located adjacent to the east side of Blair Road about .6 miles north of the intersection of Blair Road and U.S. Highway 191 and adjacent to Lots 9 and 16 in Big Country Ranches Third Filing, within Section 33, T33N, R108W. The purpose of the zone change is to create an additional home site for resale.
5. Zone change request by Zane White (Titleholders: Robert Williams and Clarice Williams) to rezone 2.77 acres, more or less, from R-R (Rural Residential) to MFR (Multiple Family Residential) district. The property is located along the northeasterly side of U.S. Highway 191 across from the entrance and southern portion of the Pinedale Airport, within Section 30, T33N, R108W. The purpose of the zone change is to construct an apartment building.
6. Zone change request by Bruce McKinney to rezone 20.26 acres, more or less, from R-R 20 (Rural Residential Twenty Acre Minimum) to R-R 10 (Rural Residential Ten Acre Minimum) district. The property is located across from the Pinedale Airport, the south boundary of this parcel follows 660’ along Bridle Bit Lane from a point 230’ east of the intersection of U.S. Highway 191 and Bridle Bit Lane, being the NE4NW4 of Section 25, T33N, R109W. The purpose of the zone change is to create an additional lot and grant the property to an immediate family member for her homesite use.
7. Zone change request by William R. Fenn (Titleholders: William R. and Dana Fenn) to rezone 10 acres, more or less, from A-1 (Agricultural) to R-R 10 (Rural Residential Ten Acre Minimum) district. The property is located adjacent to the north side of South Bench County Road 23-109 approximately one mile east of its intersection with U.S. Highway 191, within Section 24, T33N, R109W. The purpose of the zone change is to create three lots, two lots being 35+ acreage and one lot being 10 acres, more or less. The 10 acre lot with an existing home will be created for resale purposes.
8. Zone change request by Randy Reed (Titleholders: Randal H. and Connie M. Reed) to rezone 59.75 acres, more or less, from A-1 (Agricultural) to R-R 5 (Rural Residential Five Acre Minimum) district. The property is a mile strip along the south side of U.S. Highway 191 with its west boundary about .5 mile east of the Daniel Junction, within Section 24, T34N R111W. The purpose of the zone change is to create a eleven (11) lot residential subdivision
