Cause No. 3, Order No. 1, DOCKET NO. 135-2005, brought on the application of Encana Oil & Gas (USA), Inc. for an order approving the drilling of additional wells as three 5-acre pilot projects to the Lance Formation underlying the drilling and spacing units located in the N1/2 SW1/4, S1/2 SW1/4 of Section 20, the N1/2 SW1/4, S1/2 SW1/4 in Section 25, Township 29 North, Range 108 West, 6th P.M., and the N1/2 NE1/4, S1/2 NE1/4, N1/2 SE1/4 of Section 7, Township 28 North, Range 108 West, 6th P.M., Sublette County, Wyoming.
Cause No. 11, Order No. 1, DOCKET NO. 141-2005, brought on the commission's own motion to ask Aztec Energy Corporation to show cause why fines and/or civil penalties should not be levied for its failure to provide a replacement certificate of deposit and pledge agreement in satisfactory form or other acceptable form or surety pursuant to Chapter 3, Section 5(b); and to take whatever other action the Commission deems appropriate.
Any interested party is entitled to appear at the aforesaid time and place to be heard by the commission. PUBLIC NOTICE
Jack and Cecilia Richardson intend to divide a portion of Section 11, T33N, R109W, Sublette County, Wyoming. The proposed subdivision is approximately 1.5 miles southeast of Pinedale, Wyoming and lies approximately 3/4 miles east of U.S. Highway 191.
