TAKE NOTICE that FELIX M. GALLAGHER has filed a Complaint in the District Court, Ninth Judicial District, Sublette County, Wyoming sitting in the Town of Pinedale, to quiet title to:
A tract of land situated in the W1/2 SW1/4NW1/4, Section 15, Township 32 North, Range 108 West of the 6th P.M., Sublette County, Wyoming, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of the SW1/4NW1/4 of said Section 15;
Thence North along the West line of said Section 509 feet to a point;
Thence East along a line parallel to the South line of said Section 475 feet to the point of beginning of this traverse and the Northwest corner of tract described in deed recorded 8/25/72 in Book 15 of Deeds, Page 626;
Thence North along a line parallel to the West line of said Section 60 feet to a point;
Thence East along a line parallel to the South line of said Section 185 feet to a point;
Thence South along a line parallel to the West line of said Section 60 feet to a point;
Thence West along a line parallel to the South line of said Section 185 feet to the point of beginning;
TOGETHER WITH all improvements and appurtenances thereunto appertaining.
As fee simple owner of said real property naming you as Defendants, alleging that you claim estates, rights, titles, liens and interests therein which are adverse to those of the Plaintiff, and that Plaintiff is seeking to have his title to said real property forever quieted and a judicial determination that you have no estates, rights, titles, liens or interests therein.
FURTHER, you are notified that you are required to answer Plaintiff's Complaint on or before 10/11/04 by filing the same with the Clerk of this Court; otherwise, said Complaint shall be taken as true and judgment shall be rendered against you accordingly.

NOTICE OF FINAL PAYMENT TO
CONTRACTOR
Notice is hereby given that the Board of County Commissioners of Sublette County, Wyoming, has accepted work as completed according to the plans, specifications and rules set forth in the contract between Sublette County and Chambers Design-Build Inc., P.O. Box 1360, Pinedale, Wyoming, for the Sublette Hi-Country Senior Center, Pinedale, Wyoming, and that Chambers Design-Build Inc. is entitled to final settlement therefore. On the 26th day of September, 2004, being the thirtieth day after the first publication of the notice, Sublette County will pay the above-mentioned contractor, the full amount due under said contract.

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR RESTAURANT LIQUOR LICENSE
Notice is hereby given that on the 1st day of September, 2004, Michel and Lorraine Gatzke applied for an application for a renewal of a restaurant liquor license in the office of the Clerk of the Town of Big Piney, Wyoming, for the following described place and premises, to wit: Wood building located on lots 13, 14 and 15, block 12, of the C.P. McGlashan 1st Addition to the Town of Big Piney, Wyoming, and protests, if any, against the issuance of this license will be heard Oct. 5, 2004, at 7 p.m. at the Town Hall in the council chambers in Big Piney, Wyo.

INVITATION FOR BIDS
TOWN OF BIG PINEY
ELEVATED WATER STORAGE TANK PROJECT
Bids are invited for the Big Piney Elevated Water Storage Tank Project for the Town of Big Piney, Wyoming.
The project includes a 200,000-gallon welded steel elevated multi-column water storage tank, tank foundations, appurtenances, water main connections and other related work.
Notice is hereby given that the Town of Big Piney will receive sealed bids prior to 2 p.m. MST on Friday, Oct. 8, 2004, at the Big Piney Town Hall, 401 Budd Avenue (P.O. Box 70), Big Piney, Wyo., 83113, for the Big Piney Elevated Water Storage Tank Project.

A $50 deposit is required for each copy of the contract documents. The deposit will be refunded for contract documents returned in good condition within ten (10) days after the bid opening.
Bids shall be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the maximum bid amount. Bid must be submitted upon the provided bid forms.
No pre-bid meeting is scheduled at this time.
The successful bidder shall provide performance and payment bonds for the full amount of the contract.
In accordance with State of Wyoming statutes, a five percent (5%) bid preference will apply to bids from Wyoming resident contractors.
Qualified Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs) are encouraged to submit bids on this project. Contractors that use a subcontractor(s) are required to make a good faith effort at soliciting DBE subcontractor participation. Bidder good faith effort documentation shall be included in the bid, or the bidder may be considered non-responsive. Pursuant to W.S. 16-6-106, "preference is hereby given to materials, supplies, agricultural products, equipment, machinery and provisions produced, manufactured, supplied or grown in Wyoming, quality being equal to articles offered by the competitors outside of the state."
The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities in the proposals.
