ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Groathouse Construction, Inc., and Sublette County School District No. 1 will be accepting bids for the Sublette County School District No. 1 2004 renovations, Pinedale, WY. Sealed bids will be accepted at Sublette County School District No. 1 office, 101 East Hennick, Pinedale, WY, until 3 p.m. MT, April 22, 2004, at which time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Five percent (5%) preference is hereby given to subcontractors, supplies, equipment, machinery and provisions produced, manufactured, supplied or grown in Wyoming, quality being equal to articles offered by competitors outside the state as provided in W.S. 16-6-101 through 16-6-107. Pre-qualification forms will be accepted up to 10 days prior to bid. Plans will be available from Groathouse Construction. GAME AND FISH LICENSE SELLING AGENT NEEDED
The Wyoming Game and Fish Department is currently taking applications for an authorized Wyoming Game and Fish License Selling Agency to be located in the area of Cora, WY in Sublette County.
Interested businesses may obtain applications or additional information by contacting the Wyoming Game and Fish Department License Accounting Section at (307) 777-4528. Successful applicant must post a $50 bond and attend 1/2 day training in Cheyenne.
Application deadline is the 22nd day of April, 2004.

SUBLETTE SCHOOL DISTRICT No. 9
BIG PINEY, WYOMING
In accordance with WS 21-13-103, Cancellation of Unpaid Warrants; Remedy of Holders, the Treasurer of each school district shall on the first Monday in April of each year cancel all unpaid warrants of such school district which have been issued for a period exceeding twelve (12) months, and shall at the same time certify to the board of trustees of such school district the number and amount of each warrant which he has canceled. Such list of warrants shall be entered in a regular issue of a newspaper published in the county, during the month in which such warrants were canceled.
Any person or persons holding a school district warrant which has been canceled under the provision of this section may present such warrant to the board of trustees of such school district at any subsequent time, not later than five (5) years after the date such warrant was canceled. The said board of trustees shall issue to the holder of such school district warrant, a new warrant covering the amount due on the original warrant at the time so canceled.
