You are hereby notified that on July 12, 2004, an Application for a Decree of Distribution of Real Property was filed in the District Court, Ninth Judicial District, Sublette County, Wyoming. In the Application, GEORGIA ANNE GUENZEL, RICHARD JOSEPH GUENZEL, SUSAN ELLEN GUENZEL AND MARY ELIZABETH GUENZEL PARK claim the interests in real property owned by the deceased described as follows:

UNITED STATES OIL AND GAS LEASE WYW 015314, consisting of varying fractional royalty interests derived from production in several geological horizons, or formations, in wells and/or acreage subject to participation in a unit or communitization agreement(s) and further limited to only those mineral interests in the sole name and ownership of Edwin L. Guenzel as of November 6, 2000.
Any action to set aside the application must be filed in the above court within two weeks from the date of the first publication of this notice.

BEFORE THE OIL AND GAS
CONSERVATION COMMISSION
OF THE STATE OF WYOMING
The following matter will come before this commission on MONDAY, AUGUST 9, 2004, at 1:30 p.m.. or as soon thereafter as the matters may be heard, or between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. on any of the subsequent days during which the commission remains in session at the office of the State Oil and Gas Supervisor, 2211 King Boulevard, Casper, Wyoming.
Cause No. 9, Order No. 1, DOCKET NO. 360-2004, brought on the commission's own motion to review a previous order of the commission identified as Docket No. 290-2002 regarding treatment of drilling reserve and other produced water retention pits by Exxon Mobil in Sublette, Lincoln and Sweetwater counties, Wyoming.
The following matter will come before this commission on TUESDAY, AUGUST 10, 2004, at 9 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the matters may be heard, or between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. on any of the subsequent days during which the commission remains in session at the office of the State Oil and Gas Supervisor, 2211 King Boulevard, Casper, Wyoming.
Cause No. 1, Order No. 1, DOCKET NO. 428-2004, brought on the application of Berco Resources, LLC for an order establishing twenty-four (24) approximate 160-acre drilling and spacing units, the permitted well locations as specified in the application, for the production of oil and gas and associated hydrocarbons from the Mesaverde formation underlying Sections 15, 16, 21, 22, 27 and 28, Township 30 North, Range 112 West, Sublette County, Wyoming.
Any interested party is entitled to appear at the aforesaid time and place to be heard by the commission. The applications may be inspected in the office of the undersigned, 2211 King Boulevard, Casper, Wyoming, or on the Oil & Gas Commission website at http://wogcc.state.wy.us. If there are any protests, please make such known to the State Oil and Gas Supervisor at least three (3) working days before the hearing by filing a written objection.
