TAKE NOTICE that REDSTONE CORPORATION has filed a complaint in the District Court, Ninth Judicial District, Sublette County, Wyoming sitting in the Town of Pinedale, to quiet title to:
A tract of land located in the N1/2SE1/4 of Section 5, Township 33 North, Range 109 West of the 6th P.M., Sublette County, Wyoming, and more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point which is S.65°05'38"W., a distance of 732.71 feet from a point which is S.00°35'55"W., along the east section line of said Section 5, a distance of 450.63 feet from the east quarter corner of said Section 5; thence from said point of beginning continue S.65°04'38"W., a distance of 494.28 feet;
Thence along the northeast boundary of Redstone New Fork River Subdivision through the following traverse:
N.25°17'25"W., a distance of 84.23 feet;
thence N.02°31'17"W., a distance of 46.19 feet;
thence N.11°46'49"E., a distance of 94.00 feet;
thence N.02°29'00"E., a distance of 54.60 feet;
thence N.12°55'09"W., a distance of 89.79 feet;
thence N.22°12'18"W., a distance of 130.25 feet;
thence N.42°15'41"W., a distance of 60.93 feet;

Said tract contains 7.95 acres, more or less.
TOGETHER WITH all improvements and appurtenances thereunto appertaining, naming you as the Defendant, alleging that you claim estate, rights, titles, liens and interests therein which are adverse to those of the Plaintiff, and that Plaintiff is seeking to have title to said real property forever quieted and a judicial determination that you have no estate, rights, titles, liens or interests therein.
FURTHER, you are notified that you are required to answer Plaintiff's complaint on or before 8/9/04 by filing the same with the Clerk of this Court; otherwise, said complaint shall be taken as true and judgment shall be rendered against you accordingly.

INVITATION FOR BIDS
FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE
MARBLETON-BIG PINEY
CLINIC HELIPORT
MARBLETON, WYOMING
Sealed bids for improvements to the Marbleton-Big Piney Clinic Heliport will be received by the Sublette County Rural Health Care District at 221 East Magnolia Street/P.O. Box 742, Pinedale, Wyo., 82941, until July 12, 2004, at 4 p.m. MDT, and then opened and read aloud at 7:30 p.m. at the Marbleton Fire Hall.
The work involved includes the following:
SCHEDULE I
HELIPORT LIGHTING AND MARKING
A complete set of Plans, Specifications, and Contract Documents may be obtained at the office of Armstrong Consultants, Inc., 1501 Stampede Avenue, Suite 3030, Cody, Wyo., 82414, for $75 for each set. There will be no refunds.
Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or cashier's check in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid, made payable to the Sublette County Rural Health Care District, or by a bid bond in like amount executed by a surety company.
The bidder must supply all the information required by the proposal forms and specifications, and he/she must bid on all items of every schedule. The Sublette County Rural Health Care District reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any or all portions of the various bid items. No proposal may be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days from the opening thereof.
All bidders are advised to examine the site to become familiar with all site conditions. The project will be shown to interested bidders at 1 p.m. MDT on June 30, 2004, at the Marbleton-Big Piney Clinic.

NOTICE OF HEARING ON DECLARED WEEDS
Notice is hereby given that a public hearing on Black Henbane (Hyoscyamus niger L.) and Scentless Chamomile (Anthemis arvensis L.) to be the Declared Weeds for 2005 will be held at the Weed & Pest Office, 12 South Bench Road, Pinedale, WY 82941 at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, the 15th of July 2004. Any and all persons interested may appear and be heard regarding the declared weeds at that time.
NOTICE OF HEARING ON WEED AND PEST BUDGET
Notice is hereby given that a public hearing on the proposed budget of the Sublette County Weed and Pest Control Distinct for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2005, which is now being considered by the board, will be held at the Weed & Pest Office, 12 South Bench Road, Pinedale, WY, at 8 p.m., Thursday, the 15th of July 2004. Any and all persons interested may appear and be heard regarding such budget at that time. A summary of the budget follows:
Administration: $115,920.00
Operations: $365,600.00
Fixed Charges: $41,500.00
Capital Outlay: $170,000.00
Dep. Reserve: Same
Cash Reserve: Same
TOTAL: $693,020.00

RESOLUTION OF INTENT
BE IT RESOLVED BY the Board of Directors of Mosquito Abatement District No. 2 that it intends to order improvements to be paid for by special assessment, specifically as follows:
1. The improvement proposed is to abate mosquito nuisance in Mosquito Abatement District No. 2
2. The probable cost of $18,888 less a $3,300 carryover from 2002-2003 for a total of $15,588 is estimated by the Board of Directors, based on Mark Eatinger, Licensed Professional Engineer, as per the following estimate.

I estimate the cost for two (2) aerial sprayings of Sublette County Mosquito Abatement District No. #2, fogging of isolated tracts, and miscellaneous operating expenses to be $18,888
Cost to be funded as follows:
Assessment MAD# No. 2 households $18,888
Carryover from unspent allocation in 2002-2003 budget $ 3,300

(Based on $118.99 per household/business @131 entities as per the Sublette County Assessor)
TOTAL FUNDS TO BE COLLECTED $15,588
1. The assessment will be for $118.99 and will be assessed per household and/or per business.
2. The assessment will be paid at the time and in the same manner as Sublette County property taxes for 2005.
3. A resolution authorizing such improvement shall be considered at a public meeting at the Big Piney Town Hall on Thursday July 15, 2004, at 8 p.m.
