INVITATION FOR BIDS

MARBLETON-BIG PINEY
CLINIC HELIPORT

Sealed bids for improvements to the Marbleton-Big Piney Clinic Heliport will be received by the Sublette County Rural Health Care District at 221 East Magnolia Street/P.O. Box 742, Pinedale, Wyo., 82941, until July 12, 2004, at 4 p.m. MDT, and then opened and read aloud at 7:30 p.m. at the Marbleton Fire Hall.
The work involved includes the following:
SCHEDULE I
HELIPORT LIGHTING AND MARKING
A complete set of Plans, Specifications, and Contract Documents may be obtained at the office of Armstrong Consultants, Inc., 1501 Stampede Avenue, Suite 3030, Cody, Wyo., 82414, for $75 for each set. There will be no refunds.
Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or cashier's check in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid, made payable to the Sublette County Rural Health Care District, or by a bid bond in like amount executed by a surety company.
The bidder must supply all the information required by the proposal forms and specifications, and he/she must bid on all items of every schedule. The Sublette County Rural Health Care District reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any or all portions of the various bid items. No proposal may be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days from the opening thereof.
All bidders are advised to examine the site to become familiar with all site conditions. The project will be shown to interested bidders at 1 p.m. MDT on June 30, 2004, at the Marbleton-Big Piney Clinic.

Order setting hearing
Van Huffman, James P. Meiring, and Jack Roberts, the duly elected, qualified and acting commissioners of Highland Irrigation District, having filed their report pursuant to the requirements of Section 41-7-402, Wyoming Statutes, 1977, showing that each landowner in the district should be assessed a minimum of $30 for the current expenses and a further assessment of $2 per acre upon the benefited lands of the district for the purpose of raising funds for new work, maintenance and current expenses, and that each landowner should also be assessed an additional assessment of a minimum of $5.00 and a further assessment of $1.50 per acre upon the benefited lands of the district for the purpose of loan amortization of said district, in the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2004.
IT IS ORDERED THAT the hour of 10:00 o'clock a.m. on the 6th day of July, 2004, in the courtroom of the Sublette County Courthouse at Pinedale, Wyoming, be fixed as the time and place for examination of said annual report and for the hearing of objections thereto.

RESOLUTION OF INTENT
BE IT RESOLVEED BY the Board of Directors of Sublette County Mosquito Abatement District No. 1 that is intends to order improvements to be paid for by special assessment, specified as follows:
1. The improvement proposed is to abate mosquito nuisance in Sublette County District No. 1
2. The improvement proposed is to extend over the area of Sublette County District No. 1
3. The probable cost per business or residence is $20.00 as estimated by the Board of Directors, based upon Robert Harrower, Licensed Professional Engineer, as per attached estimate;
4. The assessment will be for $9,884.60 and will be assessed on each business or residence within the district;
