A Final Account, which corresponds to a Decree of Distribution in the Wyoming probate process, was duly entered in said action 5/26/82. MICHELLE SPATZ has filed a Petition For Order Admitting Foreign Probate with this Court requesting an order admitting the Illinois probate proceedings described above as a probate of the Decedent's estate in Wyoming. The Wyoming estate of the Decedent being described as follows:

PINEDALE AIRPORT
ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT
PUBLIC MEETING ANNOUNCEMENT
When: Wednesday, June 30, 2004
at 7:00 p.m.
Where: Sublette County Library in Pinedale
Lovatt Room, Pinedale, Wyoming
The Pinedale Airport Board, the Federal Aviation Administration, and the Wyoming Department of Transportation Aeronautics Division have initiated an Environmental Assessment to evaluate the impacts of the possible runway extension at the Pinedale Airport/Ralph Wenz Field. The runway extension is being explored to better accommodate the current and future aviation demands at the Pinedale Airport. The Environmental Assessment, conducted in accordance with National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 (NEPA) requirements, will describe the preferred alternative and identify any environmental and social impacts of the possible runway extension.
The Pinedale Airport Board invites the public to a meeting to receive any concerns regarding environmental consequences of the possible runway extension. Topics to be addressed include the environmental assessment process, the time scheduled for its compilation, and how the public can be involved. Staff from the Federal Aviation Administration, the Wyoming Aeronautics Division, the engineer, and the Pinedale Airport Board will be available.

INVITATION FOR BIDS
FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE
MARBLETON-BIG PINEY
CLINIC HELIPORT
MARBLETON, WYOMING
Sealed bids for improvements to the Marbleton-Big Piney Clinic Heliport will be received by the Sublette County Rural Health Care District at 221 East Magnolia Street/P.O. Box 742, Pinedale, Wyo., 82941, until July 12, 2004, at 4 p.m. MDT, and then opened and read aloud at 7:30 p.m. at the Marbleton Fire Hall.
The work involved includes the following:
SCHEDULE I
HELIPORT LIGHTING AND MARKING
A complete set of Plans, Specifications, and Contract Documents may be obtained at the office of Armstrong Consultants, Inc., 1501 Stampede Avenue, Suite 3030, Cody, Wyo., 82414, for $75 for each set. There will be no refunds.
Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or cashier's check in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid, made payable to the Sublette County Rural Health Care District, or by a bid bond in like amount executed by a surety company.
The bidder must supply all the information required by the proposal forms and specifications, and he/she must bid on all items of every schedule. The Sublette County Rural Health Care District reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any or all portions of the various bid items. No proposal may be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days from the opening thereof.
All bidders are advised to examine the site to become familiar with all site conditions. The project will be shown to interested bidders at 1 p.m. MDT on June 30, 2004, at the Marbleton-Big Piney Clinic.
Any questions regarding this project are to be directed to the office of Armstrong Consultants, Inc., Cody, Wyo., (307) 527-4042 for interpretation.
