CASIMIR E. FITZ, resident of Cook County, Oak Park, Illinois died on 2/3/77.
His estate was admitted to probate in the Circuit Court, Probate Division, Cook County, Illinois. A Final Account, which corresponds to a Decree of Distribution in the Wyoming probate process, was duly entered in said action 5/26/82. MICHELLE SPATZ has filed a Petition For Order Admitting Foreign Probate with this Court requesting an order admitting the Illinois probate proceedings described above as a probate of the Decedent's estate in Wyoming. The Wyoming estate of the Decedent being described as follows:
Lot Twenty-Four (24), Block Eight (8), of the Barger Subdivision, Sublette County, Wyoming as the same appears on the official map or plat thereof filed for record in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds for Sublette County, Wyoming;
TOGETHER WITH all improvements and appurtenances thereunto appertaining;
Hereby take notice that the Petition is set for hearing on 7/2/04 at 10 a.m. in the Courtroom of the Sublette County Courthouse in Pinedale, Wyoming.
