Deborah Lynn Quintard

Deborah Lynn Brown was born March 13, 1963, to Andrea A. Brown and Thomas L. Brown in Fort Lawton, Wash. Debbie's preschool years were spent living on ranches where her parents worked. Her brother Loring "Brownie" Brown was born in February of 1966, while the family was working for Ken Guio on the Guio ranches.

Debbie started school in Laramie while her dad finished his education to become a school teacher. Big Piney became Debbie's home when her dad went to work for Sublette County School District No. 9. Debbie finished elementary, junior high and high school in the Big Piney school system.

While in school Debbie was active in volleyball and swimming. After high school, Debbie attended Western Wyoming Community College in Rock Springs, where she majored in business. She was a cheerleader at WWCC during the time she went to school there.

As soon as she graduated from junior college, Debbie went to work for Belco in Big Piney. She was still working there when she married Casey Quintard. During the time Casey and Debbie were married, Donnell Denise and Colt Cassidy were born. These were Debbie's children and her life. Deb was in the height of her glory when the kids had their friends at home and she could mother them all.
