BIG PINEY, WYOMING
DBE PROGRAM
BIG PINEY-MARBLETON AIRPORT
The Town of Big Piney, Wyoming, has established a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) program in accordance with regulations of the U.S. Department of Transportation, 49 CFR Part 26.
The town has established an overall goal of 9.73 percent of the federal financial assistance it will receive for improvements to the Big Piney-Marbleton Airport. The town estimates it will meet this through 2.7 percent race-neutral measures and 7.03 percent race-conscious measures.
The program and rationale used in developing the goal are available for review at: Big Piney Town Hall, 401 Budd Avenue, Big Piney, Wyoming. The program and rationale will be available for review for 30 days following the date of this publication.
The town and FAA Civil Rights office will take comments on the program and rationale for 45 days following the date of this publication.

TAKE NOTICE that Barbara P. Sosebee, as Plaintiff, has filed a complaint in the District Court of Sublette County, Wyoming, Ninth Judicial District, Civil No. 16528, to quiet title to Lot 142, Block 3, Barger Subdivision, Second Filing, Sublette County, Wyoming, as fee simple owner of said lot, naming you as Defendants, alleging that you claim estates, rights, titles, liens and interests therein which are adverse to those of Plaintiff, and that Plaintiff is seeking to have its title to said real property forever quieted and a judicial determination that you do not have any estates, rights, titles, liens or other interests therein.
FURTHER, you are notified that you are required to answer Plaintiff's Complaint on or before March 15, 2004, by filing the same with the Clerk of the above Court; otherwise, said Complaint shall be taken as true and judgment shall be rendered against you accordingly.
