Part of second level of Pinedale Hockey Rink collapses

Part of the upper level of the Pinedale Hockey Association's nearly completed building collapsed early Tuesday afternoon as workers were pouring concrete on that level. Although numerous people were working on the building, nobody was hurt in the incident.
