NOTICE OF PROBATE OF WILL
TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN SAID ESTATE:
You are hereby notified that on Dec. 2, 2003, the Last Will And Testament of said Decedent was admitted to probate by the above named Court and that MARTHA E. KUTSCHER was appointed Personal Representative thereof on Dec. 2, 2003. Any action to set aside said Will must be filed in said Court within three months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or thereafter be forever barred.
Notice is further given that all persons indebted to said Decedent or to said Estate are requested to make immediate payment to MARTHA E. KUTSCHER, c/o Wood Law Office, P.O. Box 130, Pinedale, WY 82941.
Creditors having claims against the said Decedent or the Estate are required to file them in duplicate with the necessary vouchers in the office of the Clerk of the District Court, on or before three (3) months after the date of the first publication, and if such claims are not so filed, unless otherwise allowed or paid, they will be forever barred.

NOTICE TO APPROPRIATORS OF WATER
SUBLETTE COUNTY
Public Notice is hereby given that Emma Lee Hecox et al has submitted Proof of Appropriation and/or Construction under Permit 18666 from the State Engineer, with priority of December 10, 1935 under Hecox Highline Ditch from Gypsum Creek, tributary to Green River, for 7.8 acres of irrigation & stock use, eliminating the balance of 49.9 acres unirrigated in the E 1/2E 1/2 and the Sunny Slope Subdivision of Section 36, T38N R110W. Pursuant to Wyoming Statute 41-4-511, the above listed Proof will be held open for public inspection at the office of the undersigned located at the Wyoming State Engineer's Office in Room 2 of the Cokeville Town Hall, 110 Pine Street, on January 9, 2004 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Any party who may claim an interest in any water right from the stream or streams to which the above advertised Proofs refer, shall have the right to contest the allowance of same according to law, by written affidavit to the Water Division Superintendent within 15 days after the above date of public inspection. Absent any protests, said Proof will be submitted to the State Board of Control for consideration during its meeting beginning on February 3, 2004 with the recommendation that Certificates of Appropriation of Water or Construction of Reservoir be issued in accordance therewith.
