Notice OF APPLICATION FOR NEW RESTAURANT LIQUOR LICENSE
Notice is hereby given that on the 20th day of November, 2003, Randy and Shawna McNinch filed an application for a new restaurant liquor license for Rio Verde Grill in the office of the Clerk of the Town of Marbleton, Wyoming, for the following described place, to wit: Frame building located at Block 25, Lots 13 and 14 of the original Townsite of Marbleton. Protests, if any, against the issuance of this license will be heard Dec. 26, 2003, at 2 p.m. at the clerk's office in the Marbleton Town Hall.

TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN SAID ESTATE:
You are hereby notified that on Dec. 2, 2003, the Last Will And Testament of said Decedent was admitted to probate by the above named Court and that MARTHA E. KUTSCHER was appointed Personal Representative thereof on Dec. 2, 2003. Any action to set aside said Will must be filed in said Court within three months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or thereafter be forever barred.
Notice is further given that all persons indebted to said Decedent or to said Estate are requested to make immediate payment to MARTHA E. KUTSCHER, c/o Wood Law Office, P.O. Box 130, Pinedale, WY 82941.
Creditors having claims against the said Decedent or the Estate are required to file them in duplicate with the necessary vouchers in the office of the Clerk of the District Court, on or before three (3) months after the date of the first publication, and if such claims are not so filed, unless otherwise allowed or paid, they will be forever barred.

Cause No. 9, Order No. 1, DOCKET NO. 014-2004, brought on the application of Water Evaporation Service for an order authorizing the treatment of pits in Sublette, Sweetwater, Lincoln and Uinta Counties, Wyoming.
Cause No. 9, Order No. 1, DOCKET NO. 015-2004, brought on the application of Schmid Energy Services, Inc. for an order authorizing the treatment of pits in Carbon, Sublette, Sweetwater, Lincoln and Uinta Counties, Wyoming.

Cause No. 1, Order No. 1, DOCKET NO. 028-2004, brought on the application of EOG Resources, Inc. for an order establishing approximate 40-acre drilling and spacing units for the production of the permitted wells as specified in the application from the Almy formation underlying portions of Sections 35 and 36, Township 29 North, Range 113 West, and Sections 2 and 3, Township 28 North, Range 113 West, 6th P.M., all in the Big Piney Mesaverde Unit Field, Sublette County, Wyoming.
Cause No. 3, Order No. 1, DOCKET NO. 033-2004, brought on the application of EOG Resources, Inc. for an order authorizing an additional well in a previously established drilling and spacing unit for the production of oil and gas and associated hydrocarbons from the Almy formation underlying portions of Sections 35 and 36, Township 29 North, Range 113 West, Sections 2 and 3, Township 28 North, Range 113 West, 6th P.M., all in the Big Piney Mesaverde Unit field, Sublette County, Wyoming.
Cause No. 1, Order No. 1, DOCKET NO. 043-2004, brought on the application of Shell Rocky Mountain Production LLC for an order authorizing a pilot project with increased density of up to four wells per 40-acre quarter quarter section, the bottom hole location of the authorized wells to be no closer than 400 feet from the bottom hole of another well in the 40-acre governmental quarter quarter section, for the Lance Pool formation underlying the approximate 160-acre tract of the E1/2 NE1/4 of Section 11 and the NW1/4 NW1/4 of Section 12, Township 31 North, Range 109 West, 6th P.M., Sublette County, Wyoming.
Cause No. 12, Order No. 1, DOCKET NO. 053-2004, brought on the application of Shell Rocky Mountain Production LLC for exceptions from certain requirements of Chapter 3, Sections 22 and 23 of the Commission's Rules concerning general drilling requirements and blowout preventers for wells in the Pinedale Anticline area, Sublette County, Wyoming.
Any interested party is entitled to appear at the aforesaid time and place to be heard by the Commission. The applications may be inspected in the office of the undersigned, 777 West First Street, Casper, Wyoming. If there are any protests, please make such known to the State Oil and Gas Supervisor at least three (3) working days before the hearing by filing a written objection.
