Notice OF APPLICATION FOR NEW RESTAURANT LIQUOR LICENSE
Notice is hereby given that on the 20th day of November, 2003, Randy and Shawna McNinch filed an application for a new restaurant liquor license for Rio Verde Grill in the office of the Clerk of the Town of Marbleton, Wyoming, for the following described place, to wit: Frame building located at Block 25, Lots 13 and 14 of the original Townsite of Marbleton. Protests, if any, against the issuance of this license will be heard Dec. 26, 2003, at 2 p.m. at the clerk's office in the Marbleton Town Hall.

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR DECREE ESTABLISHING RIGHT AND TITLE TO REAL PROPERTY
TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN SAID ESTATE:
You are hereby notified that on Dec. 2, 2003, JONELLE M. HAFNER filed an Application For Decree Establishing Right And Title to Real Property requesting that the Court enter a Decree setting over certain real property from HENRY ALBERT HAFNER, a/k/a HENRY A. HAFNER to JONELLE M. HAFNER.
In said Application JONELLE M. HAFNER alleges:
That the Decedent, HENRY ALBERT HAFNER, a/k/a HENRY A. HAFNER, died on 4/17/03 in Sweetwater County; and that the Decedent died intestate.
That JONELLE M. HAFNER is the surviving spouse of the Decedent.
That thirty (30) days have elapsed since the death of the Decedent.
That the entire estate of the Decedent, both real and personal, did not exceed one hundred fifty thousand and no/100 ($150,000.00) Dollars.
That no application for appointment of a personal representative of or the state of the Decedent is now pending or has been granted in any jurisdiction.
That the Decedent owned certain real property in Sublette County, Wyoming, to wit:
The portion of Lot One (1) of the Gypsum Creek Subdivision No. 1, Sublette County, Wyoming, described as follows:
Commencing at the northerly corner of said Lot One (1); thence south along the east boundary of Lot One (1), a distance of 68'7" to a point; thence southwesterly a distance approximately 102'2" to a point located on the northwest boundary of said Lot One (1) with said point is found by commencing at the northerly corner of said Lot One (1) and proceeding southwesterly along the northwest boundary of said Lot One (1), a distance of 134'5"; thence northeasterly along the northwest boundary of said Lot One (1) to the point of beginning TOGETHER WITH all improvements and appurtenances thereunto appertaining; SUBJECT TO reservations and restrictions contained in the United States patents, to easements and rights-of-way of record or in use, to prior mineral reservations of record and to all other matters of public record. SUBJECT TO the restriction and condition that the property conveyed herein is conveyed as an appurtenance to Lot Six (6) of the Gypsum Creek Subdivision No. 2, Sublette County, Wyoming, shall hereinafter attach to, be appurtenant to and run with said Lot Six (6), and shall not in any event be conveyed, encumbered or otherwise transferred except in conjunction with said Lot Six (6), Gypsum Creek Subdivision No. 2, Sublette County, Wyoming. The value of this property is less than one hundred fifty thousand and no/100 ($150,000.00) Dollars.
That JONELLE M. HAFNER is entitled to have said real property set over to her due to the laws of intestate succession in Wyoming.
That there ware no other distributes or heirs of the Decedent having any right to succeed to said real property under probate proceedings, except as have previously conveyed said interest to JONELL M. HAFNER.
Anyone having an objection to said application should file it with the Clerk of District Court, Sublette County, Wyoming prior to 12/29/03.

TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN SAID ESTATE:
You are hereby notified that on Dec. 2, 2003, the Last Will And Testament of said Decedent was admitted to probate by the above named Court and that MARTHA E. KUTSCHER was appointed Personal Representative thereof on Dec. 2, 2003. Any action to set aside said Will must be filed in said Court within three months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or thereafter be forever barred.
Notice is further given that all persons indebted to said Decedent or to said Estate are requested to make immediate payment to MARTHA E. KUTSCHER, c/o Wood Law Office, P.O. Box 130, Pinedale, WY 82941.
Creditors having claims against the said Decedent or the Estate are required to file them in duplicate with the necessary vouchers in the office of the Clerk of the District Court, on or before three (3) months after the date of the first publication, and if such claims are not so filed, unless otherwise allowed or paid, they will be forever barred.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
RELATING TO WATER RIGHTS
In the matter of petition docket IV-2003-2-4 by Charles W. and Harriet K. Richardson before the Wyoming State Board of Control requesting a CHANGE IN POINT OF DIVERSION AND MEANS OF CONVEYANCE on Hoback River, involving a 19-acre portion of the Frank E. Van Vleck appropriation Permit 3417 with priority of September 16, 1901 and a 13.8-acre portion of the Helen Wilhelm Edwards appropriation Permit 3809E with priority of August 30, 1917. The proposal would change these acreages from the PFISTERER NO. 1 DITCH diverting in Section 29 to be irrigated instead from an independent pump called RICHARDSON PIPELINE three-fourths of a mile downstream in Section 19, both diversions within T38N R113W near Bondurant in Sublette County. The balance of 162.2 acres under these appropriations will remain unchanged in the Pfisterer No. 1 Ditch.
Said petition has been referred to the undersigned for public hearing to satisfy consents as provided for by law under Wyoming Statute 41-3-114.
Now therefore, a public hearing will be held in the Fire Hall in Bondurant, Wyoming on Monday, Jan. 12, 2004, at 10:00 a.m., at which time anyone whose water right will be injured by the granting of this petition may appear to submit testimony in protest. Potential protestors should be prepared to identify and show injury to their own water right.
Anyone intending to protest or requiring auxiliary aids for disabilities should contact this office in advance. Dated this 5th day of December 2003.
