Notice OF APPLICATION FOR
RENEWAL OF RETAIL LIQUOR LICENSE
Notice is hereby given that on the 10th day of November, 2003, the estate of Frank Fear, dba Marbleton Inn Restaurant, filed an application for renewal of a retail liquor license for the Marbleton Inn Restaurant in the office of the Clerk of the Town of Marbleton, Wyoming, for the following described place and premises, to wit: Lots 13 - 16 in Block 17 of the original Townsite of Marbleton, Wyoming. Protests, if any, against the issuance of this license will be heard Dec. 17, 2003, at 3 p.m. at the clerk's office in the Marbleton Town Hall.

BEFORE THE OIL AND GAS
CONSERVATION COMMISSION
OF THE STATE OF WYOMING
The following matters will come before this Commission on MONDAY, DECEMBER 15, 2003, at 9 a.m., or as soon thereafter as the matters may be heard, or between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. on any of the subsequent days during which the commission remains in session at the office of the State Oil and Gas Supervisor, 777 West First Street, Casper, Wyoming.
Cause No. 9, Order No. 1, DOCKET NO. 650-2003, in the matter of a hearing brought on the commission's own motion to review a previous order of the commission, identified as Docket No. 402-2002, regarding pit treatment by DRD Environmental Services, Inc., in Sublette, Sweetwater, Lincoln and Uinta counties, Wyoming.
Cause No. 9, Order No. 1, DOCKET NO. 652-2003, in the matter of a hearing brought on the commission's own motion to review a previous order of the commission, identified as Docket No. 420-2002, regarding pit treatment by Rain For Rent, in Sublette, Sweetwater, Lincoln and Uinta counties, Wyoming.
The following matters will come before this commission on TUESDAY, DECEMBER 16, 2003, at 9 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the matters may be heard, or between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.. on any of the subsequent days during which the commission remains in session at the office of the State Oil and Gas Supervisor, 777 West First Street, Casper, Wyoming:
Cause No. 3, Order No. 1, DOCKET NO. 627-2003, brought on the application of Forest Oil Corporation for an order authorizing the drilling of three additional wells to test and produce from the Lance Pool, as defined in the commission's Docket No. 84-2003; all three such wells to be located in the N1/2 of Section 23, Township 28 North, Range 109 West, 6th P.M., each of which will be an increased density well on lands spaced by the commission's prior order in Docket No. 108-2000, such wells being identified and located in the manner more particularly described in the application, and further to cause the definition of the Lance Pool in the commission's order in Docket No. 84-2003 to be applicable to the hereinabove location (or such portion of said lands as are within the over-pressured portion of the Lance Pool as defined by the commission's Docket No. 84-2003) and to authorize unrestricted production from each such additional well from any portion of the Jonah Lance Pool, all in the Jonah Field, Sublette County, Wyoming.
Cause No. 1, Order No. 1, DOCKET NO. 628-2003, brought on the application of Shell Rocky Mountain Production LLC for an order authorizing the drilling of a horizontal well pursuant to Chapter 3, Section 25 of the commission's rules and regulations; establishing a temporary 160-acre drilling and spacing unit pursuant to W.S. §30-5-109 et seq. and Chapter 3 of the Commission's Rules; and authorizing exceptions from certain requirements of Chapter 3, Section 2(e) of the Commission's Rules; all pertaining to the Jensen Lease operated by the applicant and located in Section 11, Township 31 North, Range 109 West, 6th P.M., Sublette County, Wyoming.
Any interested party is entitled to appear at the aforesaid time and place to be heard by the Commission. The applications may be inspected in the office of the undersigned, 777 West First Street, Casper, Wyoming. If there are any protests, please make such known to the State Oil and Gas Supervisor at least three (3) working days before the hearing by filing a written objection.
