Treading On Thin Ice

Tip Top Search and Rescue member Tony Chambers moves on the thin ice, practicing a number of techniques as he heads in to rescue Eric Marincic during an ice-rescue training held last Saturday outside of Pinedale. A number of members took the course directed by John Linn, who is Tip Top's swift-water and ice rescue team leader. For more on the day's practice, see next week's issue.
